I have been to this store MANY times. I have been looking for some noise canceling headphones. After a lot of Hmm And Ahhh, i chose to spend the money for the QC15 headphones. The sound quality is great, as you would extpect from Bose. I have only used them while car pooling and was slightly disapointed with the sound canceling parrt of the headphone. The overall from these headphones are surpurbe. I have not heard better and at $ 300 a pair they better have GREAT sound, witch they do. I was able to bu factory referbished so they were little cheeper, but still after taxws almost $ 300 .
The customer servive here is great. The products are Bose. So second to only a few.

Great customer service here. Nice set up to hear the quality of the stuff you are buying.
Prices are painful for a cheapskate like me.

I’m eyeing these Bose earphone headsets for my Android phone. Normally $ 130 but they’re 10 percent off. They’re supposed to have high quality sound plus have a good microphone. They sell them at a couple of places in town, but no one offers to let you actually listen to them.
I go to the Bose store at Legend’s and sure enough you can listen to them there. They have little alcohol pads you can use to wipe off the earpads. So I put the earphones in, pulled up Jay Z’s «99 Problems» on my phone to test the bass and give them a listen.
The sound is clear but the bass is weak. Definitely not worth $ 117 (with the discount). Like so many Bose products, overpriced. So I’d give the products two stars but it gets raised to three stars because I was able to actually test them out there.
I also like it that the staff didn’t give me a high pressure sales pitch. They were willing to help.
I’m not a Bose hater. I had a great pair of Bose bookshelf speakers when I had a decent stereo set up 25 years ago.
