Our large dog had an accident and I called them in a panic. They were able to come to my house within an hour and a half and steam clean my living room. This is the fourth time we’ve used their services, and they are always nice and professional, and do a very good job.
I really appreciate that they don’t hard-​sell on a bunch of additional services and products.

Excellent work. Very attentive to detail. Our carpet was not good… And they made it look almost new. Great value for the price, I expected it to be more.
Rich even took out two wrinkles in my carpet. I thought I would have to hire that done separately.
They are a five star company!

Just had my carpets cleaned by Sabrina and Trenton. They were wonderful! Very efficient and fast! I highly recommend them. I called other carpet cleaning places and liked Carpet Craft the best. Richard was very helpful on the phone and he pretty much sold me on his company.
I see there is another review on this company that is not a good review. I would not let that negative review from one person deter you from trying Carpet Craft out.
Consumers want good quality service, and good prices, and friendly staff… Carpet Craft meets all of those criteria in my book!
