I have come to Cost Plus forever!!! I almost forgot how awesome this store is. They have the coolest little gadgets and do-dads, etc. I spent over $ 100 today. I got the coolest stuff though. And stuff that we use everyday! Cast iron skillet, cast iron grill/griddle, that fits over both your burners. Glass measuring cups that have every metric system. A drinking glass measuring cup/glass! You can see how many cups, ounces, etc you are drinking. Or if you want to make a cocktail you can measure each in this cup. Anyway. It’s exciting ok Well I also found the green tea kit kats that everyone seems to find somehow and I finally found them. They were 7.99 but eh it was worth it to try them. It tastes ok, but then again I’m sick so I can’t really taste. Important part sorry. I keep getting side tracked about all the cool stuff in this store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was asked my two of the workers if I am finding everything ok. And one of the workers helped me find a product I’ve been looking for but they didn’t have it. Chupa Chups. Ring a bell. They are the best lollipops in the world. They are creamy. They’re like a hard ice cream. Well, I will be back to find more Christmas presents for everyone here. Love this store.

I love world market. I really do. Their selection of trendy kitchen wares is amazing. They literally have five different choices of kitchen composters. so that no matter what your style, you can go green in your kitchen. Though I don’t drink alcohol, their wine selection is quite large. I think, for me, the international food selections are my hook line and sinker… pardon the cliché. After living in Germany for two years I frequently get a hankerin’ for some Haribo and Löwen Zenf. Not together of corse. Gross. And another great point for my is their fashion accessories. If you are short on cash and your wife understands that you’re a dude with limited skills in the gift giving department, they have a lovely assortment of inexpensive yet fashionable jewelry and other accessories for the lady folk.

It is not often I come to this store, it is far from my home, well far in the Reno sense. What I find irritating and helpful all in the same is that all the stores are set up exactly the same. But in that all the employees are always nice and ready to assist you. I usually fine something to buy and today we no different. I like these stores and that which they sell and with those who help you.

My, my, my is this ever an amazing store. Today was the first time I’d ever been in and I must confess I was completely blown away with all the good, cool and neat stuff they have. How did I not know this store existed? I am so impressed. Can you tell that I really like this store. Now add to the fact that it’s clean, orderly and everybody who works there seems very happy at their job and are eager to help and you really have a winner of a store. I can’t believe the way cool furniture they have. I fell in love with this divine red chair. The wine section is super and yes, it’s more expensive than Trader Joe’s, but they have some mighty fine wine. If I was rich, I would have spend a small fortune here. As it is, I got two bottles of wine, but I’ll be back.

We have always loved our World Market, but I have to give a huge shout out for the actions of one employee in particular. I didn’t get her name, but I will never forget her. I went into the market on a cold, snowy Christmas Eve this year.(2014) My wife had just hours before broken her candy thermometer, and I wanted to get her a new one for a stocking stuffer. This very nice lady asked if she could help me find anything, and when I asked her about the thermometer, she said, «No, we don’t carry candy thermometers, but they do have them next door at Bed, Bath and Beyond! «I was so grateful. I would never had thought of it, as I’m not a big BB&B shopper. Her sending me to a different store to help me find what I was looking for was a truly helpful and appreciated act. I got the candy thermometer, and my wife was delighted! Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

I would give every World Market 5 starts so this review is very specifically for this location! What I loved at this specific store was not only did they have some items in stock that I needed for Thanksgiving, but putting them on hold and picking them up was seamless. I ended up doing a bit more shopping and overall I was extremely happy with the amount of merchandise in stock and the helpful employees.

I love the wine and candy selection! I’m not one for bitter dry wine, so I go more towards the sweet stuff. The employees were really helpful on picking a wine, and it turned out to be amazing. I also love finding candy that we can’t get at our local grocery stores, and convienent stores.

Cool place with an interesting variety of merchandise. You can find things here that are not your typical run of the mill housewares. Some things are a bit pricey for what they are. For example, $ 50 for a basket. However most everything else is quite reasonable.

Such a hodge-podge of random stuff. I always wonder what are the criteria for the product to make it onto the shelf at this store. I have bought a variety of things over here — furniture, alcohol, sweets, other food, jewelry. Everything is good quality and a decent value. The employees are ultra nice and helpful. Bonus: I can occasionally find products from Poland, which is fairly unusual in this town. Thank you

I LOVE Cost Plus and so happy that they have a store in Sparks. Great wine and beer. Super friendly service and in a great location. I also love their furniture. I have bought a few pieces from them and all of it is high quality and very sturdy.

This is our favorite Cost Plus in town to visit, we probably stop in every weekend to see what new items they have and to shop their seasonal goodies. We got our Christmas crackers here this year and they were a HUGE hit the with kids. And with us(who are we kidding). Also: stocking stuffers galore! You can find all sorts of unique candies and gifts to go in stockings that you couldn’t find anywhere else. They also sell shaped/colored pasta that is often themed towards whatever holiday is approaching. This is also a huge hit with the kids. We got Halloween pasta that they ate every bite of(with picky eaters like mine, this is saying something) and the heart shaped pasta we got for Valentine’s Day was not just charming, but delicious as well. Even my 12 year old boy, who doesn’t like anything but video games these days, really loves the unique sodas they offer. I love their jewelry and knitted goodies(yes, I know I could knit my own but sometimes it’s nice to have something knit by someone else!). I got some great scarves here that I have received so many compliments on. People ask where I got them and I always say, «Go to Cost Plus!» So much to look at and really friendly staff. Anytime we are out in Spanish Springs(pretty much once a week at least), we have to stop in. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you’re missing out!

This is a really nice Cost Plus, nicer(but smaller in size) than the Reno spot. Interestingly, despite the smaller footprint, they seemed to have a better selection and variety of merchandise than the Reno spot. Weird. There are some great deals to be had here – $ 16 for a really nice french press coffee maker? Sweet. Lots of great sugary snacks too, including a cool nostalgia candy display(featuring sugar daddys, laffy taffy, bit o’ honey, and more candy classics). The food selection here was much better than the Reno store and we bough managed to find what we were looking for. Also want to comment on the service. Really friendly folks here, including a cashier who went above and beyond to try and find an item they had just run out of stock on. Excellent group of folks at this store!

I didn’t realize how much I actually like this store until I lived in Cincinnati where they didn’t have one… This store is fun to shop at! They have cute little soaps, candles and bath supplies. They have fun kitchen gadget, cute plates and flatware, and cookware. Plus they have all kinds of unique food products from around the world, including beer and wine. They even have beautiful furniture, rugs, and art. But my absolute favorite part about this store is shopping their seasonal selection. I come here often to put together gift baskets for holidays such as Christmas and Easter. What a selection! And the prices aren’t bad either!
