Crepes and more offers more than crepes. I ordered tacos parole. Crepes and more was located in the Rounds bakery parking lot for the moana Food truck round up. The tacos were delicious. They were put on a soft corn tortilla, with marinaded meat, onions, tomatoes, cilantro and Pico de Gallo. The meat by itself sold it. All the ingredients together were incredible. The only reason I gave four stars and not five, the corn tortillas fell apart almost immediately. Definitely will be back.

Crepes and more is back! A bit of a absence for awhile, the truck was taken over by the owners daughter Julie and her boyfriend Erik. There truck will be here on Thursdays and at feed the camel on Wednesdays. I ordered a pear, apple and brie crêpe. It was fantastic. Totally fresh ingredients and a freshly made crêpe. It was huge and stuffed with fruit, brie and chopped walnuts. Sprinkled on top was powdered sugar and on one side some whipped cream. It was like dinner and dessert at the same time, ok maybe more dessert, but it was so good, with the warmth of the crêpe, the warm juicy fruit, and the port gooey delicious melted brie cheese. Definitely will be back for another flavor crêpe.

As mentioned below in another post, they didn’t show up for our food truck day at work. No call, no contact after I tried getting ahold of them twice. Left them messages on FB and they were read, and still no response. They have done this to us before too. They no longer are on our monthly food truck schedule at work. However, the couple times that they did show up their food is really good. It’s truly a shame.

I wouldn’t know what their food tastes like because they failed to show or call at our event. They were booked and confirmed and when they did not show up we called and they didn’t answer or return our calls. It’s a shame.

The crêpe itself was 3 stars but I deducted 1 star because of their unprofessional attitude. Our office invited them to our complex on a Friday. Through an honest oversight another truck was booked for the same date. When the owner of Crepes and More noticed this she said she was leaving because she didn’t want competition. Between our two buildings alone that is 500 potential customers not including the huge medical complex across the street. There were plenty of customers to go around and I feel it was just very short sighted of her. Who turns away business in this economy?! Especially since you are already here and you’ve already invested in supplies?! I believe it would have been a lot better if she had stayed but requested that in the future she be the only one booked which would absolutely have been agreeable. I very much doubt we’ll ask them back.

Finally got to try these guys out. Paul S. my «beer snob buddy» put on an event at Pigeon Head and these guys came out to feed us while we drank. I honestly have no idea what I ordered at least name wise. It was a crêpe of course, but it was filled with some sort of spicy beef concoction that was good and spicy but had little flavor bombs of raisin in it. Yep I said flavor bombs of raisin with spicy ground beef. The flavors reminded me of my moms home cooking… this is a great example of comfort food. My wife also ordered up a sweet crêpe thing and that order got confused. So I don’t know what we had other than it had apples. It was quality. I’m not really a huge fan of food trucks for their pricing structure and their wait times. But this worked out well. Crepes and More may not be a fancy food truck favorite on the local scene, but I will have no problem eating at their place any time I’m hungry and they are nearby. What puts this at 4 stars is the SUPER friendly guy that was working the counter that night.

Friday 9÷5÷14 — lunch 11AM, 2 Adults Food: 4 Stars The food was really good! I had a savory Argentine Crêpe. The owner let me try the chimichurri sauce before deciding to commit to that crêpe. It was amazing. For $ 9 I received a crêpe filled with grilled tri-tip beef and covered with chimichurri(parsley, garlic, olive oil) sauce. Soda is a can, Coke products, $ 1.25. My co-worker ordered a Cobb salad and received a container with lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. She asked if there should be avocado on it, the owner said there should be and her assistant added them to the container. Essentially, she paid $ 8 for a BLTA salad, there wasn’t any other protein(turkey, chicken, etc) in the salad. She stated the salad was delicious, but she was disappointed with the«Cobb» portion of the salad. Service: 5 Stars We arrived right when they opened. The owner was really friendly and explained what was in each of the savory crêpe. Our order taker was smiley and friendly. We were able to pay using a credit card. I hope to see them in the parking lot at work again!

August 22, 2014 Friday — lunch 12:30AM 1 adult Atmosphere — N/A stars Food — 4 stars Service — 5 stars Background — Yesterday at the office we got an e-mail indicating we would have a food truck in the parking lot along with their menu attached. So why not try it. Atmosphere — Older truck but it is all good. Food Drink — I had a water bottle at my desk so I did not need anything. Main course — The Margarita crêpe, because I love the margherita pizza. An excellent take on the pizza, perhaps a red sauce inside would make it pop even more. The crêpe was large and oozed cheese everywhere. I think a plate would work better than the paper tray, typically used for fries. Service — A team that just got their truck two weeks ago after finishing culinary school. Very friendly and since I was the only one there at the moment the crêpe came out quickly. Future — Talking to my coworkers I want to try some of their fruit crepes for afternoon treat. I was told the berries were huge.
