What a great experience. The staff seems really caring and compassionate. Dr. Webber is very personable, caring and focused on your highest priority.

BILLING PROBLEM
I was told my dental discount plan was accepted so I set up an initial consultation. Yet the day the procedure was scheduled, I was told the discount plan was no longer accepted. They offered to perform the work at a higher, non discounted cost. Since I could not afford to pay more, I had to seek out another dentist to get the work completed.
That was frustrating to say the least.
4 months later, I received a balance due bill from the initial consultation.
Ultimately, the office requires full payment. No offer to discount or write off the remaining balance was made even though they clearly stated the discount plan was accepted initially.
Lastly I was told I should make sure the office accepted my plan before I received treatment. Isn’t that what I did? Not sure why they chose to hold such a hard line and why add the insult as though I had not done my due diligence?
