As we walked in the store one of the employees it says that if it wasn’t for leaving the job she would just walk out you could tell that she was very frustrated and overwhelmed we did our shopping and headed up to the front to check out the manager out there once again very crappy attitude so that we can not do the exchange with the item that was laying on the counter that we brought in she got a very huge attitude with us and proceeded to be rude to us… she sure didn’t like it when an attitude was given back to her I’m normally not every person but in this case enough is enough her comments were very uncalled for if you plan on going to this place to remember to pack your own attitude because there’s plenty of it in there to share by the way the manager on duty name was Cindy

The service is horrible, the man at the cashier basically threw all the stuff in my bag and charged me for two items twice?! The bad part is there’s no refunds so I can’t get my money back. Also no one offered any help.

I’d say about every 6 months or so I end up walking into this store looking for cheap wash clothes, or cheap artwork, or cheap Tupperware. I don’t know why I do this to myself because every time I walk in, I end up turning around and walking right out.
This store is gross. Clothing is thrown all over the floor along with chewed up gum, old candy wrappers, soda bottles and other merchandise items. The displays are set up with no rhyme or reason and you have to dig through the racks like you do at the Bargain Basement at Goodwill on Oddie.
Items are broken in the store and the clothing is so thin it’s almost transparent (hence the prices).
On the rare occasion I find something that seems like it could be a good deal I end up leaving it behind after seeing 6 – 7 people standing in line with only 1 cashier working the front. I just don’t have the patience for this place and I hate leaving a store feeling like I need a shower.
Maybe in the future, if I do something stupid and feel the need to find some sort of punishment for myself, I’ll go back in and look around.

I have nothing good to say about this store. It is dirty, trash EVERYWHERE! Clothes on the floor full of dirt and dust, rude employees that give attitude when they were at fault, one employee at the register when there’s a line of 5+ people. Prices used to be great but now their raising them. Products break easily.

It’s like being in a bad dream. Trash everywhere. Trash stuck to the stores. Nothing is sorted. Product strewn about. Racks of cramp cram the isles. What a mess. Bad idea to check out this place after a friend told me to. I shoulda just trusted my gut feeling by the condition of the exterior of the store. Never again.

I love a few of the women who work here and sometimes i can find a good deal on boots or something. But they very rarely carry size XL for women. The lines are ridiculously long, to the point that I’ve had to leave because of a such a long wait in line. The store is usually very dirty and disheveled and you cant find anything.

(This was my first time in a Fallas store and did not know what to expect.) I went here looking for hiking socks. Did not find any, but here is my take away from the store. Extremely messy, off brand clothing w/​cheap prices. Passed two employees and neither said hello even though we were the only ones in the store. Maybe the clothing will last and maybe it won’t. I’ll not be poking my head into another one of their stores. It just wasn’t the shopping experience I was looking to have.
