Wendy’s

We had a very small order and it took 15min to get our order when we got to the window for the drive threw the customer service was horrible it looked like they all hated working there and when we got our order the gentleman who was at the window just said here as he handed the bag out of the window it was the worst experience I ever got from there I’m not going back.

Um ok. I’m not one to complain usually, I work in customer service so I get it. However my experience today at this wendys location was awful. This is the 3^rd time they have failed to give me BBQ sauce with my chicken nuggets after I ask for it. Today though was especially bad. I ordered a 6 piece regular chicken nugget. Due to the line being very long in the drive thru I quickly got out of the way and drove home. I got home, no BBQ sauce again! Then I get my chickens out and I was given 3 regular nuggets and 1 spicy! So frustrating. Also wendys should advertise on the menu that the Caesar dressing is made with lemon. I’m allergic. Thankfully I had some regular dressing at home to use instead.

Not bad. The burgers and the chicken bites taste odd to me and the fries are bland. Just good for when you are hungry and don’t care too much about what you eat.

Went to the drive through today. My burger was quite tasty; fries were fries and the root beer had a good amount of syrup to soda.
Service was quick and this is my only complaint. I simply do not decipher accents well. So if you do not speak in a white bread American accent please speak more slowly. I did ask what twice yet nothing changed and I could only guess as to what was being said.

Wendy’s seems to be on the upper end of the fast food echelon. They’re constantly tweaking the menu and they seem to offer different options than the competition. In my experience, consistency has always been the biggest problem with Wendy’s. If it’s done right, a double cheeseburger from Wendy’s is second only to a double-​double from In N Out. That «if» has it’s own zip code though. I think I’ve had far more misses than hits at Wendy’s. The burger usually comes out either burned or looks like it was literally thrown together. I picture the staff lining up at the back end of the restaurant and throwing ingredients towards a wrapper like frisbees.
There was no wait when we stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. The kid behind the counter was nice enough and quickly took our order. Our food came out quickly but my fries were a bit cold. Also, while we were sitting there eating, one of the staffers was leaving for the night and on his way out the door told the guy behind the counter, «Let me know when you’re getting off for the night and we’ll go have some f — ing fun, motherf — er!» It didn’t bother me, but there were some kids in the restaurant with their parents. Maybe just be a bit more aware of your surroundings. If you want to go have some fun with your friend who is an amorous lover of mothers, tell him that behind the scenes rather than shouting it as you leave.

Haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in a long time but these have really changed for the better. Fries with sea salt! Really good quality for fast food. Normally I don’t even rate fast food!!!

The new Bacon-​Bleu cheeseburger is excellent! Probably one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a while! Dave Thomas would be proud!
