My rating is for the staff and not necessarily for the food(it’s KFC after all). I don’t always ask for the names of a chain’s team members, but when I do, it’s because they were exceptional. Specifically, today, I suppose I wasn’t clear with my order or the miss taking my order was new or unfamiliar with the system because I had a missing item on my ticket. The staff quickly fixed the issue and even gave me two free cookies in apology(there was two of us ordering). That was pretty cool because I didn’t even consider it a big error. Later, I had clumsily spilled my Famous Bowl onto the ground and it became unsalvageable. I brought it to the attention to the staff half expecting to pay for a new one but they made me a new one on the house. The mess was immediately cleaned up and I was able to finish my food. Shoutout to Zuri, April, and Areli for helping me today. This review is my thank-you to them. :)

What’s the saying«fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.» What the heck is fool me three times? That’s exactly what this Sparks, NV, KFC, has done to me. Maybe their motto is «finger licking good, just not what you ordered good.» Our first experience, after driving to this location and ordering 2 piece white meat chicken combo, I get home to find one thigh, one side(should have been two) and no biscuit, but lots of honey for it. Maybe they didn’t realize thigh is dark meat. So we give them another chance, went through the drive through. After 5 minutes of the person not understanding we wanted crispy white meat, I was then told they are out of crispy, come back in 30 minutes,. Did I come back, yep, the secret recipe has a hold on me. So this week we’re at it again, when mama wants her crispy chicken, she gets it. So off I go again, same routine, drive 5 miles, go through drive through, only to be told, we only have half your chicken in crispy. Im either having bad luck or going at the same time as all other crispy chicken lovers at this location. I guess next time, I’ll find another location for our fix.

This KFC must have improved quite a bit since all of these older reviews. Went there to get some take out. All of the employees seemed courteous, friendly, and anxious to help. Saw this with a couple of other customers as well. Food got out before I could finish getting my drinks. It was hot and tasted good. The Nashville Hot Strips have a good kick to them. I’d sure go back!

This is the worst place to visit, especially the drive through. Always have to wait at least 15 minutes or longer for chicken and they have you pull around front. I had to place my order 2 different times in the drive through to go inside and place it a 3rd. Not one person was there on my last visit and I still had to wait over 15 minutes. will never go to this one again.

I can see why KFC is only big on the west coast. How can you have this many employees standing around with 4 of us waiting good, now 15 min for our orders. They’re not even high school kids. potato wedges were a 15min wait, chicken was a 10min wait. this is fast foot. are they high?

If you’re in any kind of hurry, avoid this place. Especially the drive thru. Never fails, despite short lines they seem to take a ridiculously long time to get through drive thru orders. Food is okay, typical fast food. Nothing noteworthy. Was what I expected. The interior is nice, up to date and well kept. If you need a simple fried chicken fix and aren’t in a rush this place works.

Very good location. Very busy store. I had a problem Witt a kinda snooty employee. I didn’t get her name but she was the skinny white anorexic one. Cute but mean haha. Anyways no chicken beats KFC chicken!
