I like this place! It’s self serve with a nice variety of flavors that from what I can tell, change seasonably. My favorite though is the original tart that appears to be a staple flavor. Mini tasting cups are provided so you can try before you buy. Nice selection of toppings. I have a Menchie’s «club card» but I’m not real sure what benefit it has since I haven’t received any perks from having it. All in all Menchie’s is a great frozen yogurt shop.

Menchie’s is my favorite frozen yogurt place! Their dole pineapple frozen yogurt is delicious! Their spoons are so cute! Most importantly, the owner is very nice and cares about his customers. I will come back soon for more!

The yogurt was delicious very sweet, which is what I personally prefer. The staff(Shayy) welcomed me as I walked in showed me how the self serving works. Overall very kind and welcoming. Probably the best thing about the place is the price. At such a low cost it’s a must go for a cheap dessert.

I was so excited to try this place! I love frozen yogurt! However, I never got to experience the actual yogurt. When I walked in with my family the one associate that was on staff was dead asleep with her head on the table! I was a little shocked, looked around for a second and walked out. As a first experience and a first time customer I was very disappointed. I hope that since they are a new establishment that they have some sort of management on staff for the future to prevent such things. I will go back eventually to try the yogurt and update my review on the yogurt itself. one day.

I have eaten fro-yo many times and I’m not sure why, but this was the best I’ve ever had. Go right now and try the pumpkin yogurt along with the milk chocolate. They have good whip cream to put on top and the shop is clean and the workers friendly.

First time visiting this place, but not the first frozen yogurt place either. The New location in Sparks, NV is without a doubt a great location for this froyo. I see alot of potential for the years to come, with a staff so welcoming and selections of New Flavors ive never had or tried they allow you to try not just one but as many as you would like. I love the atmosphere! The yogurt, as well as the vast varieties of toppings at your disposal. I will be coming back, dont forget your Rewards card here. Another reason why I had to check this place out was because I seen it on the TV show«Undercover Boss»

THEWORSTMENCHIESLOCATION I HAVEEVERBEENTO. The girl ringing up customers today was a complete rude snit. She showed no good customer service skills. Was not welcoming, talked to you like a robot, and like she hated the job. She practically threw at me their frequent club card and turned her back and continued to gossip nonsense amongst her co-workers. Screw that. Look little girl grow up. Be glad you have a job. It’s a shame that people like his that don’t know how to be nice and pleasant are hired to work at places as such only to make their business look bad, I won’t come back here ever after today. No thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

Just okay. Yogurt beach or uswirl is better. I tried a location in CA before coming to this one and I thought the same thing. There flavors are too similar and topping section isn’t the greatest. A plus side would be that I think they have more non dairy options available than most yogurt shops. I don’t have a desire to go back. Grand opening day was terrible. They had a flyer saying they’d give out free shirts to the first 25 customers. WRONG! it was the first 25 children. LIES! LIES! LIES!

As a froyo lover, I was kinda excited to find out about this new place. So i checked it out after lunch. The location next to DD. Before decide what you want, you can get your own samples. I tried the iced coffee and blue raspberry something. Iced coffee was good but not the blue raspberry, it was too sweet for me. They only have one type of cup and it came with waffle cone around the edge of the cup. For my order I chose the pomegranate yogurt and the only fresh fruit topping they’ve strawberries and bananas but I prefer strawberries for the topping. I think this is won’t be my favorite place to go because the choice of flavors were jut okay and not much for me. the only one I like for my froyo only the pomegranate. And their selection of toppings were not much of fruits toppings. It was only strawberries, bananas and granolas & mostly candies like boba, gummy bears. The flavor was good, service was friendly. But it’s not just good enough for me because I choose fruity froyo with fruits toppings. This place is pretty good for kids or someone who like their froyo with sweets. Price is not bad compare any other froyo shops. The spoon was cute, it was about Pan Movie

This is based on one visit, in what I took to be one of the first days they were open on 9÷10÷15. The décor is light and bright, as are most fro yo shops. The floorplan is a little different, there’s a round island in the middle with 2 registers and the yogurt machines are behind. The space between the island and machines can be a little tight with multiple people. They let you fill your own tasters which is nice. They currently have a promotion for the movie Pan, with limited edition flavors. I ended up filling my cup with Blackbeards Neverland Chocolate Chill with a side of Mudslide Pie. This was huge for me, my former favorite fro yo shop hasn’t had a straight chocolate yogurt in so long, they have been relegated to «former favorite». I’ve been looking for a new favorite. I think I found it, the other reason this is huge for me is that I’ve never eaten any yogurt with a coffee flavor. The Mudslide Pie flavor was so good, just the right blend of chocolate and coffee flavors. Both flavors had great creamy texture and not icy. The toppping were what you’d expect, with a few unique options, one of which was Whoppers — YUM! They also have a loyalty club called My Smileage. It’s better than a punch card, they give you a wallet and keychain card and you get 25 points when you register online. Once you reach 50 points you get $ 5 to spend on anything(except gift cards or parties). I’ll definitely be back.

Grand opening is 9⁄12! First 25 customers will receive a free yogurt(8 oz). Throughout the week they have free stuff so make sure to ask them. Small and cute shop, however there is limited seating. They offer a lot of tropical flavors. I’m really happy they have pineapple dole whip. It taste really similar to the one at Disneyland! Overall, I’m definitely coming back here to try other flavors. Reward system is spend $ 50 get $ 5 off of next purchase. Not really a fan of this program but it’s free and it doesn’t hurt.

I’ve been to many many froyo joints across the country both chain and independent, but have never been to a Menchie’s so I was very excited to see one pop up here in Sparks. My staff experience: Despite a long frustrating day at work and late night errands around the Legends Plaza, I couldn’t help but smile when my family and I walked in to a warm«Welcome to Menchie’s!» from the staff. I was thoroughly impressed by their energy and enthusiasm despite the fact it was nearing 10PM and there appeared to be no management around to enforce such things. Millie was very sweet and went out of her way to get my daughter a balloon, which seems like a small deal to some, but when you compare it to other places where the teen staff hardly renders a greeting it’s something I think is really special. My yogurt experience: They have some pretty killer flavors, including the notoriously delicious Dole whip pineapple from Disneyland. I had the cake batter flavor which was the closest tasting froyo to Cold Stone’s cake batter I’ve had. They have waffle cones in cups which have no up charge, they are just added to the overall weight. They also have sample cups already set out and encourage all the sampling you wish to alleviate any awkwardness asking for 8 sample cups in a row! I’m also a big fan of their«frequent flyer» program. Instead of the per visit or per yogurt punch system, they employ a points system that represents dollars spent. So those gluttonous visits where your yogurt is $ 7 vs. maybe $ 4, it gets you more points to get you the reward faster instead of it being only«one punch». This will definitely be my regular spot from now on!
