I was a new patient and got a quick appointment with a Physician Asst. I went for a mole check and wanted to discuss hair loss and other minor issues. The mole check was very fast and didn’t seem thorough, compared to previous checks. I pointed out specific spots to make sure they were examined. After bringing up other concerns, I received short responses and prescriptions. If it wasn’t such a rushed visit, perhaps we could’ve discussed why she wanted me to use steroidal treatment for minor scalp itching? After reading the drug info and side effects I decided it was completely unnecessary. I was very disappointed in the care received from the PA and I wouldn’t return to her nor recommend her. The nurse was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

I highly recommend North Baltimore Dermatology in Sparks, MD. Dr. Cooper is personable, knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. The wait isn’t long and the staff are courteous. If you need help with your skin this is the place to go.

The Dr’s are good but the front desk is extremely rude. They are young and seem to have no inter– personal experience. But I assume that doesn’t matter as you have to have the appointment.
