I think it’s ridiculous that you charge the price of a soda refill for a cup of only ice

I avoid going to this 7 –11 because of the woman behind the counter is dependably rude EVERY time I go in. No smile, no good morning, just that scowl when you are forking over your hard earned money.
Did the owner back into her with his car and has to employ her? I don’t know.
What I do know is there is a job suited for everyone and she has no business being around other human beings.
Good location though!

Dear super rude lady behind the register,
Quit your job if you hate it so much. Some jobless person would be thrilled to take your place.

Rude lady. Why is she even working in customer service

This is about as good as it gets in the world of 7 – 11’s. The store is always clean and well-​stocked and the staff is just fine. Sometimes you get some weirdos working behind the counter, but they’ve always seemed normal enough here.
This is the best place to stock up on snacks and drinks before heading over to the Sparks movie theater.

Driving thru Sparks, I stopped at This 7 – 11, and I can honestly say this is the cleanest 7 –11, I have ever been to, it was well stocked with all the goodies, Friendly staff.
And Diet Coke on Sale, Like I always say «I’d rather Pay $ 7 for a diet coke, rather than a free Diet Pepsi» but they aren’t 7 bucks here.
What A surprise. most 7 –11’s you are lucky to have the clerk speak ENGLISH. Great selection of Beer & Wines. Even won a few bucks playing their video poker machines. I will be stopping by this week on my way back to Reno.

Honestly, I would have given this 5 stars. Let me explain what went wrong.
We walked in and it was clean as well as fully stocked. People were coming in and out … this is a pretty busy 7 eleven! I was excited because I was suuuper hungry and needed a snack ASAP! But then …
The ONLY thing that made me go from 5 stars to 1 star is the older caucasian lady that kept staring at me and the Mr. She was staring SOOOOO hard at us, I could feel her eyes burning into the back of my head. Even when we were paying for our food with her, she was staring at me! I truly don’t even think she took her eyes off of me while she was scanning our drinks and pressing her buttons on the register. She stared at me up AND down.
I honestly felt soooo uncomfortable with the lady working here. It was very rude and unprofessional.
I doubt she’ll care that I reviewed this, but since I didn’t say it to her face, I’ll vent it here.
Warning: Don’t come here if she’s working … unless you like being gawked at with her piercing eyes.
