Dude who eats this stuff! Like I get it if your backed up and constipated and need a quick bawl movement then eat Taco Bell but if you don’t like food poisoning then I’d recommend not only avoiding this taco bell but all taco bells in general.

UPDATED Since my first review, the last two out of three times I’ve been here they have left something out of my order. Tonight it was $ 5 worth of food, which for Taco Bell, is pretty substantial. I can’t help but feel I could have stopped it by checking the bag before I pulled away, like I usually do, but there were people behind me and the woman who gave me the food was not particularly patient. So, silly me, I left and didn’t discover the error until I got home. Not only did I pay them for the food, but even worse, a large part of my partner’s order was missing. Not cool Taco Bell. Not cool. Since they tore down the old building and put up a new one the quality has improved. So far they have gotten my orders correct and the portions are fuller. The wait is still a bit long, and their new digital ordering screen in the drive through doesn’t seem to work, but it is still an overall improvement. The staff has been polite and they have new paper bags that are easier to handle and treat the food packages better. We will see if they keep up the improvements!

I placed a large order using their app thinking that it would be easier on the staff, since I wanted to customize most of the items. I paid several dollars extra for things such as adding extra sauce, adding jalapenos, etc., and they gave me NONE of the extra things I asked for and paid for other than the beans that I asked to be added to my beefy nacho griller. Totally unacceptable, and there’s no way they simply misunderstood what I asked for because it was done on an app and so I’m sure they get a printout to refer to and still couldn’t get it right.

The mcnasty from California who now owns this place said that if someone wants a senior discount, she’ll raise the prices and then give them the discount. She has no people skills when she said that I could only put water in my cup and if I wanted soda I better pay for it. She is one of the people from California who gives the rest of them a very bad name. I did tell her that I was going on Facebook and tell everyone her comments and she didn’t care. I think she’ll care when her sales are in rhe toilet. Everyone should bypass this b***h’s place and go to the one at legends where they treat you good and give a senior discount.

C’mon. A Taco Bell review? Do Taco Bells really need to be reviewed? Well honestly no, but it was an experience at a nearby business which I guess is the only qualifier for a review. So when I was in my twenties I would have said something like, «Dude, I have no dietary restrictions. I eat whatever I want. Soy milk? C’mon? Amiright?» I didn’t care as long as it tasted good(and was cheap). Now well into my forties, life has imposed dietary restrictions on me. Unfortunately I was too hungry to hear the alarm go off. Yesterday after helping a friend of a friend of a friend move – I was absolutely famished. Like starvin Marvin kinda hungry. As I was driving, a Taco Bell caught my eye. I hadn’t had the bell in a really long time. Probably 5-years or more. Introducing the bell to my body was akin to guzzling tap water in a third world country. Not really Taco Bells fault, but yeah… For a few minutes I thought I was in a Final Destination movie. Surprisingly enough the food was actually pretty flavorful. I mean… I don’t exactly have the most discerning palette, but I know what tastes good and what doesn’t and those Chalupas tasted good. Also, I don’t expect much in the way of customer service from fast-food joints but I got surprisingly good service here. The woman who took my order was quite friendly and didn’t give me «the look» when I took 20-minutes to navigate their crazy big menu. So all things considered Taco Bell is still great for 20-something’s and under. But I’ll probably stick to naked burritos at the Q.

First, there is a young lady named Marcy who actually works hard. But when she isn’t there, the place is a mess. I do not expect rocket scientists, but I don’t think I have ever had an order that wasn’t somehow messed up from here, unless it was Marcy. Ordered a burrito supreme, was charged for it, got home to find it was a 7 layer(one dollar less). Asked for mild sauce, nothing but hot. And the beans were in the bag upside down. I think if I want Taco Bell again, I will just drive the extra two miles to the Disc Drive location.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Waited 15 minutes for cold food that wasn’t even wrapped up properly. Took my food back in untouched and asked for a refund. They denied my request. I will never ever go back.

Certainly not my favorite quick order Mexican food place, but it’s ok sometimes. The problem is most of the food is so tasteless, especially burritos, and the tacos are always overstuffed with lettuce to make up for the lack of beef/beans inside. This is why I only order Mexican Pizza, nachos and tostadas. Here is a tip, fold the tostadas to make a taco, they are much tastier than their regular tacos. When I was a kid, TB was so much better.

Very fast. Order taken and repeated, paid and recived the food. Drive through you see. Opened bag and my god it was all there just as ordered. Tasted good too. Yippie Mikie is happy.

This is a pretty average Taco Bell. Service is fast. I had to give two stars because they do not seem to know how to make a «Seven Layer Burrito». They consistently throw some rice and two or three random ingredients in a tortilla and call it done. I’ve come back several times hoping maybe it was just one employee who didn’t take the time to learn how to make it. Nope. It has happened at least six times over the past year or so.

This is the first Taco Bell I ever went to, and therefore it holds some sort of special place in my heart(or maybe my gut). It’s not nearly as busy as it used to be when Target was open across the street, but that means the service is slightly better. The Taco Bell on Disc Drive probably takes some traffic away from this location as well. I went through the drive-through a little bit before lunchtime and my order came out(1) correct and(2) in no time. Exactly what I want when I’m going for faux-Mexican fast food. Because of its age, this Taco Bell doesn’t look like a newer Taco Bell(I’m not sure why — maybe not enough purple in the color scheme?), but it serves up the same food.

It’s reliable food. You know what you’re getting when you go to Taco Bell. At least this one. But it’s nothing special. For the same or a little more money you can go to dozens of Mexican restaurants and get better food. On my recent trip here, I got a supreme burrito and two hard shell tacos. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t special. It was exactly what I was expecting. It would be like most other Taco Bells in the country. There’s something to be said for consistency. One bad thing. I asked for hot sauce. For my one burrito and two tacos, I got exactly one package of hot sauce. I guess I need to be more specific next time. This Taco Bell franchise used to be on Greenbrae Drive near Pyramid Way where another Mexican place now operates(without the drive through). When this opened at the new location, they had to be the most successful fast food franchise ever in Sparks, at least until In N Out Burger arrived. There was always a line at the drive out when I went. I mean always. Even at midnight. And when Taco Bell used to advertise cheap food nationally, they were doing so well here they decided not to be one of the participating Taco Bell locations. You were screwed trying to get the deals on food from here. Time caught up and they’re not doing quite as well now, although they seem to be doing good still.
