The food is what it is, exactly like every other Taco Bell. It is undoubtedly the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Whether the place is busy or not you’ll be waiting for your food consistently for almost 10 minutes, longer if you’re going through the drive-thru, which is exceptionally long for a cheap fast food joint like Taco Bell

I’ve given up I this location it is a disaster, I kept going back thinking maybe they were just having a rough day when I went but it Seems’s they are very consistent in poor service. You can tell the employees don’t want to be there no one cares about their job or their restaurant. Last time I was there I felt with a sarcastic little teenage cashier with no customer service skills at all. Me and my family could not find a single clean table too sit at even though there wasl only one other person reading I the coming Toulon, they were not busy. My Son dropped a full large size soda on the ground, when I told am employee about it she gave me another cup and said don’t worry about. No one ever mopped it until after we ate and we’re leaving, at least 20 minutes, I actually put the wet floor sign over it myself because no one did anything. The good was not good, it seems to have between thrown together quickly, the grilled wraps were not Enron grilled just a little warm. I also Week in the food industry and I realize that it is not entirely the employees fault, lack of food leadership will lead to these types of problems, so it’s probably management who really needed traiNing. Either way I won’t go back to that location so it doesn’t matter. I do love taco bell, just not that location, I recommend the one on Disc Dr. I’ve neverhad a bad experience with them.

Worst service ever rude workers made me pay double for my meal after they said I already got it. You think I am going to waste my time and spend 40 mins inside and then you charge me again. Will never go here again will drive to a different.

We’ve tried this location twice now and wont return specifically for the service or lack there of… Employees appear to have little to no training, any question or deviation from the standard ingredient list is met with a «Deer-in-the-Headlight» look as they frantically search for the no sour cream button on the register. On our last visit this past Saturday an employee came out to the front of the house, sat down at the table next to us and promptly fell asleep. Real pleasant… In addition to the poor service the sound system is literally at dance club level, maybe thats why the employee was so tired at 09:30 in the morning — partying all night in the restaurant… The food is the food so no mystery or anything to write about on that aspect, but if you«special order» be prepared to watch the sparks fly as the employee short circuits in an attempt to understand why there’s no button for that… I highly recommend they get a real manager and corporate training to improve customer service because in the end thats all fast food can really hang its hat on since as stated earlier, the food is the food, nothing to write about…

This may be the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I’ve tried this one several times since it has been open and it doesn’t seem to get any better. I was willing to give them a couple of tries since they are a fairly new location. Unfortunately I have been disappointed each time.

January 2, 2014 Thursday — lunch 12:15PM An adult a kid Atmosphere — 3 stars Food — 4 stars Service — 4 stars Background — Every time we ask my daughter where she wants to eat lately, the answer is Taco Bell. We had to go to Scheels so we ended up here. Atmosphere — This location is the new cookie cutter Taco Bell. What was nice about this one was that it did not have the metal cow chutes to herd you to the registers. The reason they got docked so much was the soda machine area. I will explain it in the drink section, so it is not covered twice. Food Drinks — They have two huge soda machines. My daughter went to the one on the left I took the one on the right. I had a Mt Dew, and about a second into pressing the button the machines compressor, assuming here, became extremely loud as if the machine wanted to die on the spot. We sat in the corner away from it and you could hear it over the top 20 music blaring throughout lunch. The problem I had with the drink section was the lids where in a wall mounted area and the straws over by the napkins and sporks. Straws and lids together folks! Sporks really are we two year olds. Appetizer — none. My Main Course — I went with my classic, 3 soft shell tacos. Delivered the way you expect a Taco Bell taco to be. Dessert — My daughter wanted to try their Cinnabon Delights, I stole one of her donut holes filled with their frosting. It was just BLAH to say the least, boring and tasteless. Service — We had a rookie and hindsight I should have watched my daughters order more closely. She asked for a two plain Cool Ranch tacos. What does that mean anyway? To her it meant no lettuce, to the cashier it was a regular taco. So I had a disappointed kid which I ended up picking the cheese off the lettuce. Then removing the lettuce and adding the cheese back. Future — Taco Bell in the future probably, nothing wrong with this location.
