I shop regularly at the Raley’s because I live about 5 minutes from there. I had seen the US Bank many many times while shopping BUT I had been a loyal customer to my bank for 12 years. The location of my bank is all the way on Prater and there aren’t many branches around town. So after careful consideration, I decided to go in and give US Bank a shot!
I went in there and was greeted by Thomas who after listening to my plan, he brought me and my little boys inside the office and began the process of opening an account. Thomas was very patient and knowledgeable of his products and explained everything in detail. Although, I was only transferring about 1,000,000 pennies to my new bank, I could tell he really just wanted my business.
I have to say that I love my new bank and the people that work there, they always offer great customer service and the location is super convenient. Thanks for all your help Thomas!
