I’m not a first timer here at Gatti pizza. My experiences here are always great! Everybody is always on time in making the pizzas I want and they clear our tables fast, even when it’s busy. For those that said the pizza isn’t great. I think it is. For a pizza buffet it’s well worth the money especially around lunch hours. Plus they have a huge arcade room and you can reserve rooms for any party. Family friendly! I would come to this place any day over Pizza Inn, Stevie B’s Pizza, CiCi’s or any other pizza buffet. This place is one of a kind so you’ll have to stop by here.

Ate here today. The pizza has too much dough and not enough toppings?! Don’t think we will go again anytime soon! The staff was good. Just need to change the pizza to thin crust pizza with different toppings.

Great pizza place. I love being able to go up to the buffet and have them make whatever I want. I love the variety of food that is offered. It is also a great place for the kids to have fun. They are continuously getting new games and making updates. I feel welcomed as soon as I come in the door. The employees are very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

The fat blonde that works here needs to quit her job. She was so rude when I came here with my little girl. When I inquired about how much the game cards would cost because I hadn’t been here in a while she literally rolled her eyes at me and was very snarky in her reply. When asked again about my card balance she dismissed me and said very rudely I don’t know and passed off my question to the next employee. How rude this chick is. She acts like I am an inconvenience to her for asking questions. She should learn some customer service skills or either don’t work in customer service, it’s that simple!

Updated review(11÷23÷14): Coming here more often now urged me to update the review. Mr. Gatti’s «GattiLand» in Spartanburg has been quite a family trandition for many years, mixing buffet pizza with fun and arcade games. Service, food, workers, and arcade games have all been consistent from coming here over the past 12+ years. Through my recent times coming here, I grab $ 20 and pay for the«Eat & Play» combo for $ 15.99 which gives you a buffet and a $ 10 game card(or if you already have a game card, you just have the cashier put $ 10 on your card). Good value! The buffet’s pizza is very good, with hard-working cooks who have been here since the beginning. I especially like the sauce of the pepperoni pizza. My personal favorite thingS on the buffet are the cheesy breadsticks and«BBQ Chicken» pizza which you can request the cook for. The game room is plentiful. There isn’t as much variety as there used to be, but there are games that give you«tickets» on your card, which I think the recent upgrade of putting your tickets on the card was a smart move. The most fiendishy addictive of the ticket games here is the ‘Jetpack Joyride’ machine. Other games are newer racing games such as ‘NASCAR Racing’ and ‘Need for Speed: Underground’… my personal favorite game here is «Dirty Drivin’», which is a vehicular-combat racing game that is all kinds of awesome! You also have shooting games like Sega’s ‘The Lost World: Jurassic Park’, ‘The Ocean Hunter’ and Namco’s ‘Time Crisis 3′, which all can put you to the challenge. I like to play ‘The Lost World’, although on busier days, people are going to be hogging the machine like crazy. And lastly, there are the bumper cars… which are fun, but way too expensive ride at $ 3. IIRC it used to be only $ 1 to ride the bumper cars. The prizes are okay; they’re a little outdated and overpriced for my likings. But you should try coming and taking your kids over here to Gatti’s. Definitely go for the«Eat & Play» combo, too.

This place is terrible! I remember going when I was a kid and I thought it was pretty fun. I don’t think anything has changed since then. The place and games are looking a bit run down. They were playing music from when it was popular– the 1998 era. Spice girls«When 2 Become 1,» Mandy Moore’s «I’m missing you like Candy,» etc. Awful! The pizza wasn’t great, but it wasn’t terrible either I guess. I mean, I ate it! Way too expensive for the quality of place.
