The last two times I have come here there has been a problem with my online order. This time they said I had a pickup time of 11 pm. The store closes at 9. Why would I do that? The people preparing the food are rude.

I go to the Panera on East Main St all the time, since its about 2 seconds from my house. I also do the Rapid Pick-Up a lot which is such a great idea. I want to give more stars, but I have to say, if you offer something to your customers, don’t you want it to be completely sufficient and worth their while? Out of maybe 8 times of doing «Rapid Pickup» over 4 times Ive had to wait 5 – 10 min or MORE past the time stated on the websites «10 minutes or less» rule. I mean whats in a name RAPID if it isn’t. Also, you can modify things on the page, I do sometimes. I took off chicken for a salad and added avocado, the rest wanting the same, and it came back with literally HALF the ingredients of the salad that should have been on there. Please don’t charge me $ 2 more if you can’t even make the salad right. Disappointed.

Very nice Panera location with lots of inside and outside seating. One complaint is that ladies’ restroom needs attention from maintenance. Toilets seats are loose, and the trash can and sanitary receptacles are dirty.
They really need to step up their game on Sunday mornings. They have lots of customers, but the coffee is often depleted and they are out of bagels by 11:00 a.m. I don’t understand why they don’t refill the coffee before the rush, and prepare more bagels.
This is a great location for extended hours — there is a movie theater which shares a parking lot. Teenagers can safely walk over before or after their movie for a bite to eat. Parents can drop them off and they can enjoy movie/dinner and then get picked up. Maybe consider offering a 10% discount to anyone who can show a ticket from the theater.

Great experience eating at this Panera Bread yesterday. The cashier was patient, the food came quickly and was fresh and appetizing, and the manager was gracious, present (!), and attentive. He must have an excellent handle on his employees because they serve efficiently and with a smile. The extra long layout of this restaurant, with a glass wall running the entire length, makes this a cheerful, more intimate atmosphere. So far this is my favorite Panera Bread, and I have visited them throughout the United States.

I live a mile from the Panera on my side of town and instead of there I drive seven miles to this location. Why? Because the staff is friendly and helpful and the management is skilled.

I seriously don’t understand the appeal of this place. Yet everywhere I see a Panera Bread — its packed! This placed was busting at the seems with customers. We stopped on our way to Columbia, SC, since it was right off the interstate and were all in the mood for a sandwich. Overpriced crap sandwiches. The bag of chips were good? Would never visit one of these places unless it was my only option

Fast, efficient, and a great stop to refuel and reenergize.
Panera’s menu is a bit overwhelming to me… maybe because I get easily distracted with the various choices, pastries, and hot beverage offerings. That said, this place will please most everyone. However, I wish they had more and creative veggie sandwiches.
Anyway, it’s a popular stop and you can get in and out easily. Free wi-fi is always a big plus if you work on the go!

This place reminds me of a Starbucks. However, I feel they have a better selection of food. They offer coffee and other drinks. In addition, they have pastries and serve lunch items. I went in on a sweets run. I ordered the pecan roll, the personal pineapple upside down cake, the chocolate-walnut cookie, and the shortbread cookie. I only tasted the pecan roll and the choco cookie. They were both really good. I was able to walk out paying eight bucks and change. Not bad. I enjoyed this place.
