If you have used this place in the past, don’t think you will get the same service today! This business is dying a slow death, and their service, pricing, and customer appreciation is showing this. I have used Full Throttle Marine on 3 occasions over the past 7 years, with the latest being a month back. I received no estimate call, no updates, no call letting me know what problems they found. I initiated all contact and after 6 weeks, they let me know my boat was fixed and this is the cost. And the cost was twice what I had expected, and my expectatioons were that it was going to be expensive. Basically, my injectors were clogged, and they send these to Hosuton for cleaning. That’s it. There are other repair options available, and I no longer trust the honesty and integrity of FTM.

If you own a boat in austin, this is the place to take it for ANYTHING. We used a couple of the other places around town before someone told us about Full Throttle. What a find that was. Ton cheaper, quicker, over all better customer service. We actually sold our boat last year. The day we were taking it to the new owner we couldn’t get it to start. Called Full Throttle in a panic and they told me to bring it in right away. Got there and they walked right out to fix it(think it was something like a leaking o ring). Took them about 30 minutes to fix and charged me $ 70 for parts and labor. Able to get boat sold. They also ran a report of all repairs they had done over the years so I could give it to new owner. I was thrilled!

I had my 20 foot Wellcraft Excalibur serviced by these guys this Spring. They were very knowledgeable about resolving my issue. They did an excellent job with the routine maintenance as well as the installation of a depth finder and a new bilge pump. The work was done on time. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
