Applebee’s

We love Applebee’s! Always had really good service here and great food! And when your hungry after 9pm they have ½off appetizers!

As service is ok the food can be held in the same standard… ok. It has a bar which can attract a crowd but other than that I wouldn’t go very far past it’s alcohol.

Came in and Ashlynne was my server. She was soooo nice and gave me the best service ever! So pleased! She is the reason alone I will be back! Thanks!!!

As we pulled up our baby got sick in the car so we didn’t get the chance to eat here, when I told the hostess what happened she ran back and got us some towels and asked if there was anything she could do. An amazing interaction with a wonderful person. We will definitely be coming back once the little guy is feeling better.

It’s an Applebee’s. If you go to an Applebee’s and complain too much, you are the fool. Their food is standard and their service is good. It’s nothing amazing, but you get what you pay for at chain restaurants.

Applebee’s is great… They have a great happy hour & I love the Monday night burger deal for 5.99… The apps are good & some are a bit outside the box so we can always find something kinda different. I love the artichoke dip, cowboy burger, pub pretzels, & their dinners are great too.
We always have great service… We’ve had Russ & Derrick the past few times & they are great. They always remember everything & nothing ever gets messed up in our order. Everyone else is super nice too, we just seem to always get those guys & they are really great servers… They always look like they are having fun & it really makes going out better.

Danielle was an awesome waitress, we could not have felt more welcomed. She offered some great drink suggestions and was appropriately attentive to our needs throughout our time there. I hope she’s working when we visit next time.

This place was great the food was good. The atmosphere was fun and the people were nice. I will be going back soon.

Great, quick service! I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and Thai shrimp salad. Not too impressed with either… but what can you expect, it’s Applebee’s. Kerry was my server and she was super sweet. Even offered to give me an iced tea to go.

Only come here late night for appetizers. Entrées have always been disappointing. Happy hour is great. I just HATE when they put the tab in front of you long before you intend on leaving. I was planning on having 2 more beers. Cutting it to one now because I feel like I’m unwanted.

I love eating here it’s a nice place to get a steak and a margarita for a good price!

My fiancée took me out to dinner tonight hoping to treat me. He had the triple bacon burger and I had the lemon grilled chicken. His was good, just needed more sauce. I was really excited to try my grilled chicken but it was charred. I couldn’t taste only charred chicken rather than lemon. The rice was supposed to have honey glazed almonds and I sure didn’t see any. The served me a cherry limeade that was mostly ice and I couldn’t taste the limeade. When I finished the actual drink part of it. ¾ of the drink was ice. Gross. I will stick with my usual restaurants from now on.

So I seem to only write reviews on the bad ones, my apologies. But even for the low standards already set for a simple Applebees they still seemed to screw up my order pretty bad. Ordered a pink triple bacon burger, no ranch, chipoltle bbq on the side with bbq fries (I know i eat like crap). Anyways burger comes out, right away no bbq sauce on side and no bbq fries. Ask for both, no worries easy fix. So I turn my attention to my burger which should have bacon in and on it. So I check it out, first the piece of meat just looks completely pressed and not even roundish. Also overcooked, only two temperatures here cmon, it ain’t hard. And now not to mention not a bit of bacon in my burger… ordered something instead to go, not from their flattop cook. And paying full price for a ridiculously bad meal. Horribe

Came here instead of Red Robin because my son’s play cast wanted to. Huge mistake. The second star is for the wait staff and manager as they were really trying on a night that was swamped but the kitchen was having a terrible night. My son and I ordered the 4 cheese Mac & Cheese and it was terrible. No cheese and tasteless pasta. We sent them back and I got the chicken strips basket, can’t get that wrong right? Wrong! The strips were ok but the fries were cold, seriously it was worse than the Dairy Queen chicken basket and seemed to have the same dipping sauce. The waiter Clint and manager Eric were doing everything they could but couldn’t make up for the disaster the kitchen was. The table next to us sent back frozen chicken wonton tacos so it was not just us. My son enjoyed his time with his cast mates but my stomach was very disappointed.

You know its bad here when the water’s the best thing we had. Mac n cheese was terrible. Sent both back as they were tasteless & hard. Ordered a chicken finger basket to replace it, only to have the fries come out cold. Manager came over & when I mentioned they got really busy, he mentioned that tonights sales were higher by 15%. Too bad the service & food suffers because of that.

They have a great drink menu!

The food tasted fantastic at this location (although the steaks tend to be overcooked), and the view from the far side that looks down upon I-​90 was great for atmosphere. It honestly got me thinking about improvements for the restaurant. I think this Applbees would improve greatly if skylights were installed throughout the middle of the building. This would add light and cheeriness which would modernize.
With that said, there was a major annoyance in this experience that rose above the rest and it had to do with their high prices.
The prices are all around a little high ESPECIALLY on drinks!
Applebee’s has always had prices missing from their drink section, which gives me opportunity to say that they have always had it wrong! The only time I see it appropriate to leave a price off a menu is if the price is low and doesn’t break the pocketbook. Now I know In the restaurant business prices are often left off if it is a list of alcoholic beverages that are so high in price it couldn’t possibly be Applebees quality or if the restaurant is of such high quality that those that eat there, price is of no concern. At Applebees, the drinks are $ 4 or more (no refills) if you decide you don’t want soda (which is also over priced). I’m not even talking about the alcoholic drinks. This just needs to be fixed. I promise you will sell more drinks if this is fixed and more reasonable!
The servers here do a decent job and are very friendly, but I feel that some of them leave something to be desired when it comes to personality. There is quite a variance in fun/​quick minded servers vs by the book/​muted personality servers. Some of them could take a cue from those that seem to be loved by regulars at this location.
My only other complaint is horrible management of the front of house. There needs to be a quick way to queue who is next to be seated. Upon arrival there were a few groups and the server that greeted them ignored all the other groups that just entered while she looked around at tables. It made for an awkward wait. You know… the time where you need to tell someone how many in your group are to be eating before you can sit down and actually begin the wait to be seated if a wait is needed at all. Awkward to say the least!
4 of 5 stars for taste more then anything else. Prices and service upon entrance to this establishment should make this a 3 of 5 stars. 3.9 stars is my current rating.

It’s been a while since we’d been to an Applebee’s, and now I remember why. I’m not sure why it’s so popular with so many because it always leaves me cold. Don’t get me wrong… it’s not terrible or anything. But, it’s all forgettable at best and especially considering the grand total, I can think of lots of other places I’d rather spend that money.
The restaurant is clean and the service was fine. I was in the mood for ribs, so ordered those. They’re nowhere NEAR «fall-off-the-bone»…honestly a bit dry, but covered in sticky sauce. And the side of ‘slaw? It comes in a tiny little cup… the sort of thing salad dressing is often served in. Why even bother? The best thing on the plate were the fries… actually really good! My wife ordered Chicken Freshcado. She said it had a really nice flavor and liked the avocado-​pineapple relish that came on it. However, the rice (along with being a TINY amount also… what’s with the weird, stingy sides??), was really undercooked… not just «al dente»…we’re talking crunchy. The waiter apologized and offered to get her more, and he also knocked $ 3 off of the bill, so that was nice. Our daughter ordered the 3-​cheese chicken penne, and she shrugged her shoulders and said it was okay.
All in all, that was the reaction from all of us… a shrug of the shoulders, a «meh» and an agreement that we probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Well, it is a typical Applebee’s. The menu items should be the same wherever you go.
All in all, the food was good, the service was excellent, and my margarita made my night.

This is like most other Applebees, so no surprises. The servers are all pretty good, and the place is usually clean. Food is up to chain standards.
I do think the price is a bit high on a lot of items, and car side pick up has been hit and miss with getting things right. I have mentioned this to management and they are getting better.
