Great Pretzels, but they never answer the phone. They say they’ll deliver to mall employees but how would they if they never answer?!

After being assured the pretzels were hot, they were barely warm. After paying more than $ 10 for three pretzels, we asked for a cup of water and were told it would cost a quarter because of a «marketing issue.» If you’re looking for lukewarm pretzels, poor customer service, a whiff of 80’s mall attitude, and the nostalgia of being treated like a toddler again, then this is the place for you. If that isn’t your bag then head about a quarter-mile down the street to Crispy Crème. Bön appetit!

Ate at the one in downtown Spokane. Cinnamon pretzel is very messy but fun. The attendents gave me ample napkins. Had a lemonade as well. A fun and enjoyable experience. Recommend you try the cinnamon pretzel rather then the plain ones as they are delicious and lots more fun. plus satisfy your sugar cravings at the same time and give you an energy boost when you are tired from strolling downtown and need a little perk to keep your spirits up with the heat or just being a little tired.:)

The oven baked preztels here are ok. I think this is a 2nd location for Auntie Anne’s in Spokane(other one is downtown River Park Square) These are not as good as its competitor’s but ok. I had the peperoni pretzel. The bread itself was good, not too dry. The pepperoni was baked on really good and not too salty. The workers were pretty attentive and willing to help. Overall, I’d still hold out for their competitor’s pretzels.
