AutoCraft

I was referred to these folks by a friend of mine. As a former auto tech myself, I appreciated their straight talk and no BS approach. They are not the cheapest place in town but they are perfectionists and were honest with me.

When I my check engine light came on I brought it in to AutoCraft for a diagnostic. Afterwards, Chuck went over everything with me and made everything super easy to understand, breaking down the priority of every concern that needed to be checked or resolved. I really appreciated the honesty when he told me most of it was minor maintenance stuff and some of it could be put off. The next day I took care of the minor stuff myself and scheduled an appointment with them to take care of the things out of my realm of expertise. I only researched and compared a few of their price estimates but I think the quotes they gave me were pretty fair. One thing for sure is that their customer service is outstanding. Super friendly and helpful.

My car has 275k+ miles so I know a thing or two about auto repair places. If my car breaks down again I really hope it’s near Auto Craft! Chuck was so unbelievably nice, he kept me updated throughout the repair on the status of my car and did a lot of testing on it to make sure I would get home safe and sound. Which it did! They let me know about other things they noticed might need to be replaced soon, which I really appreciate since I commute a lot and don’t like finding out when I’m broke down on the side of the freeway!
My boyfriend has also been into AutoCraft when his window broke a month or two ago. They remembered his name and his truck down to the make and model because they really do care about their customers! They also gave me a ride back to my house while they were fixing my car.
Overall, I highly recommend these guys. Their pricing is very reasonable, they are fast and will get you back on the road making sure you are safe. Thanks guys, I really appreciated your help today!

These guys really help me keep moving down the road! They’ve maintained my old work vans and continue to freshen up my new Toyota truck, keeping my paint business rolling!

Having recently moved to Spokane Valley from California, I wanted to find a reliable auto repair service to maintain and repair my 2007 Honda. Autocraft of Spokane fits the bill. The folks there are professional and friendly, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. How do you beat that?

A little biased being Dave’s (the owner) son, but there is no automotive repair shop around that can compare. Dave wants nothing more in life than to run that shop well and make his customers happy. They can be on the upper price side, but like anything in life you get what you pay for! Dont think twice and if your experience is anything but great, post it below this!
