Lloyd’s tried to scam me and rip me off while doing it.
Took my car in, they told me it needed front struts and rear shocks replaced for ~$ 1500.
Took it to a 2^nd mechanic, who quoted me at ~$ 750 for the same parts and service.
They ordered the parts for me just in case, but when I took it to them they said all my struts and shocks were nowhere near needing replacement.
Additionally, they said I’m not the first person to come from Lloyd’s saying I needed struts and shocks replaced.
I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Brought my truck into to have the AC recharged. Was called 2 hours later and was told a suction hose needed to be replaced, bill would be $ 500+. Asked to have estimate sent to me, I looked at it and did some research and the parts and labor were marked up over 100% ($ 191 for part that would cost me $ 80 at O’reillys and $ 119 for labor that book time at a dealer is .5 hours). Went down to shop to have them show me the leak in the hose and was then told it wasn’t the hose but in fact it is now the AC compressor and the hose was just fine. I pulled my truck from this shop and bought a reman compressor from O’Reillys and put it in myself and recharged the freon for $ 200. Had I taken their bait I would have been suckered into well over $ 1000. These guys are scammers, stay away.

Thought this was a good shop until I paid nearly 2,000 in repairs only to have the exact same problem and hear they want another 1500 – 2000 dollars will never be back to this shop. They are in it looking to make money off things that don’t need repair and not repairing what needs fixed!

These guys are honest and do a great job. I took my car in for what I thought would be a costly repair, but it ended up being something minor. In addition, Chris removed crud that was blocking my view of my speedometer since I purchased the car. That is excellent service.

I’ve been taken advantage of and swindled by mechanics. It’s easy for them to do to me and I almost can’t blame them for trying. But Lloyd’s does not try. In fact, they’ve been nothing if not honest, forthcoming and reasonable. I’ve received help and service when needed, and been advised when service has not been needed. I won’t take my car anywhere else in Spokane and I recommend Lloyd’s to anyone who will listen, but especially those who have had bad experiences with others. Lloyd’s will change your mind about mechanics.

These guys are legit. In a world of crooked mechanics they stand out as a quality, customer service oriented shop. They did solid work and got me my vehicle ahead of schedule. Clear communication all along the way. Lloyd’s is my new one-​stop shop.

Really good service and friendly staff. They also have a shop on Sprague. I’m glad they’re in South Hill, close to my apt. Did an oil change and they had this tray that looked like a science lab tray but with all your car fluids to show the colors if they match what is suppose to be normal.
