These guys were the only ones who were willing to come out on the Friday evening before the Fourth of July to replace our furnace blower/motor. Their after-hours rate was reasonable, and the gentleman who did the service was extremely informative and nice. He was in and out very quickly. Everything has been running smooth since then. Some of the other companies that I called that offered after-hours services seemed annoyed with my call, but Barton Boys took the job with friendliness. We will utilize them for our fall and spring tuneup services.

Discovered our AC was not blowing cold air last night. This morning my wife called 2 companies to request service. The Barton Boys were the first to call back. My wife spoke to Ed who was able to squeeze us in the schedule today. I was expecting a 5:00 to 6:00PM service call, but Nick showed up a 2:30. A pleasant surprise. Nick was very professional and was in and out within 20 minutes with the repair and paperwork done. Good people. I highly recommend The Barton Boys.

STAY«FAR» AWAYFROMTHISCOMPANY… THEYCANCELATTHELASTMINUTE. I noticed that my central air wasn’t working at about 1:00pm on 7−1−14, the hottest day of the year(97 degrees). I called the«Barton Boys» and the guy told me that a tech would be out later that day. Well, this was total B.S. and they knew it. I received a call from a different guy at about 3:45pm, saying this was a mistake and they couldn’t get there until the next afternoon. He was making it like I misunderstood the guy and the guy was filling in for someone else. I told the him that this was total B.S. and that I wasn’t happy. I was SOOOO angry because YOURWORDISYOURBOND, especially when you own a company. They knew they had the fish on the hook and knew that it was too late in the day for anyone else to come out, due to me living an hour out of town. I stewed on this(in my HOT house) for about an hour and decided to call NORCOHEATING&COOLONG. I said that if I had to wait until the next day because this LIEING company backed out on me, then I might as well call someone else and give them the business. I spoke with the gal from NORCO and she told me a tech could be there in the morning between 8:00am — 9:00am. I said, book it. I called and left a message with the Barton Boys to cancel my appointment because I found an HONEST company the would honor their appointment. I told them that they could NOTBETRUSTED and I had this terrible gut feeling that they would cancel on me again. I WOULD«NEVER“TRUSTTHESEBOYS. I guess the name«BOYS» should of told me something about this company, NEVER hire boys to do a mans job.
