I got in touch Bekins to get a quote on moving some furniture. I put in an inquiry online and got a call within about 30 minutes. Rick showed up right on time, however I was running about 5 minutes late. He took off, but I was able to call and get him to turn around. I found it odd that they didn’t call and at least see if I was coming. Regardless, Rick and was very polite. I took him around and showed him everything we were interested in moving. After punching the items into his computer, he took off. The next day, I received the quote — which seemed a bit more expensive than one other that I received. Overall, the process was easy and convenient. I’m not sure if I’ll end up using them — but they seem professional and easy to work with!

Tried to get an appointment and had a time than was told by agent «i dont think we can even make your delivery time, we are too busy. We cancelled and then got a
Call back after they said they could not make the original scheduled appointment and said «oh yes NOW we can make it,» we said forget it! Very disorganized and no communication between schedulers and agents. Agent didnt seem bothered to have our business!
