Brought our car in because it felt to be having some issues. Michael helped and was very generous in having the car looked at and even test drove. Figured out a problem that had been previously overlooked on another inspection by the dealership. Quoted us a very fair price to have the work done. We will be bringing the car in to be worked on in a couple of days, I expect nothing less than the same quality and care we were shown today thanks Golden Rule!

I was recommended to come here to get my tires aligned on my car. I was not thrilled about this as I had just taken my car to the dealer and was under the impression they were doing/​should have done this. It was slated to cost $ 65-​$ 100. I dropped my car off and waited for the call that it was ready to pick up. They called me about an hour later and said they had looked it over and an alignment wasn’t necessary, everything was right on. They could have EASILY pulled a fast one on me and done it anyways and collected their money but they didn’t. They were honest. These days, that’s HUGE. I would gladly give them my business and tell all my friends and family to do the same.

I brought my car in for an estimate because it was grinding in the rear when braking. I expected to need new shoes and drums. Kelly and team quickly inspected the brakes and found them to be in good shape and not needing repair. They also checked the wheel bearings as a courtesy. They were fast, polite, and honest. I will come back when I do need the brakes replaced.

I bought a truck a month ago, and it needed some brake work done before it was road worthy. I took it to Golden Rule Brake on Pines and the guys were fantastic. When I first went in, Mike did my brake eval and told me I needed a new master cylinder and would need new front brakes soon along with a few minor repairs. When I went back to have my master cylinder replaced, Kelly (and another man whose name I didn’t catch) took care of me. I pointed out that I was concerned about not having the money in case more repairs were needed other than what I was aware of. He not only replaced my master cylinder in a timely fashion, my rear brakes were adjusted and I got a brake bleed at no cost. The guys are so polite and professional, and they really go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is good to go and they are willing to work with your budget! I recommend Golden Rule Brake on Pines to everyone! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Good service, and seemingly very honest. My ABS light was on, so I decided to try Golden Rule. Within minutes, they hooked up their diagnostic tool right in front of me and showed me the result. They even took the time to explain what it all meant. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning.
When I got there, they offered me a choice of a certified Ford part or a cheaper aftermarket part. The repair didn’t take too long, and they didn’t try any hard sales our scare me into thinking more was wrong.
Price of part and labor was certainly reasonable. I would recommend Golden Rule Brake to anyone.
