Visited here on Sunday as I was in The Valley, and anyone knows that I crave a great doughnut. They were spendy, which I do not mind, yet, I want that much quality into the cost of the doughnut. In no way were they bad… they were tasty. I bought a dozen so that I could share them… so you are looking at 13.00 pretty much. The flavor again was good, but I couldn’t help but notice how small they are. I would say that the maple bars at winco are just as good… as well as the jelly filled… I am glad that I went, yet, if I am going to spend that kind of money, I want a doughnut that is as big as I can get else where. I think that the quality and flavor at Casual Friday doughnuts is much better. Although you are going to spend as much, if not more there, they are big, they are just as light, and fluffy… and the flavor is better. Too small for the price you charge.

Okay, so I know everyone seems to love Krispy Kreme. I guess I’m in the minority. I just don’t think their donuts are very good! They are small, overpriced and the flavor just isn’t that good to me. I’ve eaten at Krispy Kreme maybe 3 or 4 times in my life and I always leave thinking, «What is all the hype about?» You could go to any local grocery store in Spokane and buy larger, less expensive and higher quality donuts than they sell at Krispy Kreme. I just don’t get it. I guess I’m old and uncool for not liking their tiny, overpriced donuts. Went to this location today and got a donut with sprinkles. I didn’t even finish it. It sucked. Sprinkles were hard and crunchy and actually hurt my teeth. Sprinkles are supposed to be soft. I don’t think I’ve ever thrown away a donut in my whole life until today… I’ll stick to the mom and pop donut shops or go to the grocery store if I want a donut. If you love Krispy Kreme, than more power to you. It’s just not my cup of tea.

Ugh! Snarky staff with bad attitudes! Krispy Kreme needs to do themselves a favor and fire half those girls! Especially one in particular that needs to learn how to dress professionally, including proper hygiene! You’re serving food, not head lice and a bad mood.

We stopped at the Spokane Valley, Washington store 1÷28÷16 on our trip home from Oregon. Bought several dozen donuts to bring to our families back here. Discovered a $ 4.00 extra«assorted upcharge» on our receipt after we got home. I object to having to pay your employees $ 2/dozen to do their job(poorly), especially when we were the only customers in your franchise store. The lady behind the counter was abrupt and irritated that we wanted assortments. Krispy Kreme is way overpriced already and now you extort an «assorted upcharge» for your products for rude service? Where is the ‘value-added’ from this charge? Never again! Spokane Valley Krispy Kreme is working hard to chase away their loyal customers, and give the company a bad name. And, $ 2 for a single apple fritter, are you out of your mind?

When we first went to this Krispy Kreme Doughnuts location(about 5 years ago), their donuts were the best we had ever tasted. We’ve been loyal customers ever since. The past 2 years the donuts have been going downhill. First they got rid of the baked blueberry donut(a favorite of ours), then their donuts kept getting smaller and had less filling each time I visited. Yet the prices have stayed the same! My last visit was the final straw. I bough 1 dozen donuts. Two of them were the baked chocolate cream filled cake; there was literally a dime sized amount of filling in both of them!(I will post a picture) Krispy Kreme you’ve lost a loyal customer…

I love your doughnuts. They are the best. Your customer service is outstanding. The tall young man with the funny haircut is so charming.

I just went through the drive-through to grab a couple donuts for my family because we don’t have donuts and great fucking Falls Montana. The server at the window was pretty cool even though it was short because all you did was like my card. I received my receipt at the window as promised by their guaranteed plan I wish he wouldn’t have given me that so I can get my order for free. But it’s a great place sorry for you people who had a terrible experience.

I decided to pick up a couple of donuts at the drive thru and paid with silver change… the server Patty at the window was rude beyond belief… I won’t be going back…

Ditto on consistency which I’m relating to their donuts. Same taste and size as KK all over the country so kudos for replication. However, service exceeds some locations and the brewed dark coffee is awesome. Not a disappointment, still very sugary good. They couldn’t ever compete with Voodoo or Rebel donuts:-)

I am sure there are many people who can say nay to a doughnut that melts in your mouth… I am not one of them. My love affair with KK goes back years to my time on the east coast and although the locations out west are a lot newer and classic modern instead of classic classic(or what some people refer to as original or just old), the original glazed doughnut remains the same. The Spokane Valley location is of that classic modern variation. When I have time, its still cool to go inside and watch the doughnuts being made and sometimes get one fresh off the line. This location comes equipped with a drive thru if you didn’t feel like getting out of your car.

I remember eating a fresh Krispy Kreme when a store first opened(in Phoenix) and it was delicious. Now, after moving to the Spokane area, we tried Krispy Kreme based on their reputation and a lack of Dunkin Donuts. We went at 9 am and the doughnuts already tasted almost stale. There really isn’t much flavor to speak of and it was more expensive than Dunkin. I could have gone to a grocery store and had a similar experience.

I’ve been to a lot of Krispy Kreme in different states and this one taste just like the rest of them. Decent enough donuts, but not as good a a some of the local mom and pop donuts in town. Disappointing that they don’t do the lighted free donut though.

So it seems everyone in the world is in love with Krispy Kreme. They sell them for fund raisers, and seems that whenever the«hot fresh doughnuts» sign lights up, people appear out of nowhere and line up. Thing is, Krispy Kreme tastes about the same everywhere. I guess that is really good if you really love them, but I gotta say I don’t get wowed by the taste. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are not horrible, don’t get me wrong. But I have been to so many one owner one location places that taste so much better, I just can’t get excited about the average unsurprising taste that is the same at every Krispy Kreme I have been to all around the country. I will say the staff at this particular location are very friendly and helpful, and they make the experience nicer. I will also say they keep the place pretty clean, and the prices seem pretty fair to me. One other thing I kind of enjoy, when it is rolling, is watching the big doughnut maker machine do its thing. I expect Oompa Loompas to start singing a doughnut making song at any moment. So overall, I would say for the good customer service alone these guys are better than a lot of places. I just wish the doughnuts tasted better.

Not sure why there are so few stars for this place. Delicious. Fresh. Can’t get enough.

FALSEADVERTISEMENT! The only reason that I went there was for the crullers that they have advertised on their web site. But when I get there guess what? Sorry we don’t make them at our store. THENDON’T ADVERTISETHEM! What a joke. I wish that we had a Dunkin Donuts around here.

I really don’t understand what the KK(Krispy Kreme) hype is all about. I prefer another national brand(hint-you can find it in your coffee aisle :-DD) They only thing thats pretty cool about this place is that they have a see through assembly line, meaning that you can see them make the donuts from the flour all the way to the end of the line. I’ll give them a plus for that. They also have 50% off a dozen donuts after 9pm, they close at 10 or 11. They are beginning to expand their menu a bit and selling combo’s, pairing dounts and coffee/chocolate/milk.

A step up from grocery store donuts, but a giant step down from Dunkin’ Donuts or Top Pot Doughnuts. They sell a large selection of fresh and tasty donuts. A little on the small side(especially compared to Top Pot), and personally, I think the filled donuts should have more filling. It took a couple bites to get the crème in my crème-filled, chocolate-glazed donut. That’d never happen with a Dunkin’ Donut. Just sayin’. Let’s just say that if Top Pot or Dunkin’ Donuts opened up in the Spokane area, no one would come here.

Always tasty. Prices seem a bit high for the mass produced quality, though. And I wish they gave out their freshest donuts when I buy two dozen of them.

We went when the light was on only to find out that they don’t give out free glazed donuts anymore. They said they stopped doing that three years ago. Guess I was out of the loop on that one! We decided since we were there to go ahead and get a maple bar and chocolate iced kreme-filled donut. They were pretty good but there is better out there. Was disappointed about them discontinuing the free donut thing.
