Just got a gel manicure. I thought my manicurist did such a thorough job! No gel left around the nails at all! They were super busy but fit me in, minutes within walking in. I will definitely go again :) so happy there is a convenient location in airway heights for me to go to.

Absolute garbage. I got my nails done by the short haired skinny girl she’s older and super rude. She screwed them Up several times and when I went to correct she would snap at me And gave me lots of attitude. When I asked her to cut my cuticle she argued with me again, & didn’t do it. They are all super uneven. She made them super uneven and took two hours only to make them look like shit. Sam is a nice guy and he does good but the other girl was awful. I wasted 35 $ on this place and will never Go back. How dare you snap at someone when they are paying you to Do their nails the way they want them Done! Super unprofessional. And from the previous awful reviews & my own Shiity experience i understand why I will never go here again. Let me add a little note not even 6 hours later the pinky nail broke off. I told her I don’t want them thin because of this reason What do you know it broke off.

I gave this place several tries before deciding to finally fire these folks! It’s true they take any and ALL walk-ins, but be prepared to sit and wait and wait. I thought making an appointment would give better results. Forget about making an appointment! On two separate occasions, walk-ins were taken ahead of my appointment time. The gal who was supposed to be available to do my gel nails was already doing a pedicure(walk in) when I arrived for my appointment. The gentleman owner sat me down soaking in a bowl of acetone for nearly twenty minutes(!) while I waited for the gal I had requested to finish the walk-in pedicure. Another employee was called upon to do my gel nails. Within a week the gel was peeing off several nails on each hand. I went back to see if the peeling nails could be repaired. The same gal corrected the peeling gel, but within a few days OTHER nails began to peel! On my last(and final) appointment I went in at 9:00 to avoid a rush. The owner, Leah came in around 9:20 and walked over, speaking in Vietnamese to the gal doing my nails. The gal began laughing immediately(it made me feel I was their joke). Leah never looked at me or acknowledged me with a hello or good morning(this behavior from the business owner???). I felt unwelcome. She wore a tired and angry expression. The gal doing my nails began to rush(someone had been sitting in a pedi-chair soaking for at least 15 minutes already!). When she was done, she all but ran to the customer who had been waiting. My nails have bulges on the tips and look odd. Maybe too much gel pooled or something. I paid and gave my usual 20% tip, which was not deserved. Advice: read the reviews on these nail salons before you go. If there are more than two bad ones(one or two stars), look elsewhere!

Gel manicure was sloppy — there were bumps and I had to pick polish off my skin for days.

I got the prettiest pedicure of my life here! They painted a beautiful flower on each of my big toes. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment and they were able to see me right away. I’ll be returning next month when I’m in Spokane again.

My two stars are for the fact that they let me sit in the massage chair while waiting for my mom to get her pedicure finished. They have GREAT massage chairs. My mom really likes to go here. I have no idea why. I got a gift certificate for Nails by Leah and decided to get a manicure before NYE. The lady who did my nails swiped on the nailpolish but didn’t get the nail completely covered. There were slight mistakes all over. After two days my nails were already chipped. I had to redo my nails, myself, and they looked way better than the professional. I suggest getting a Kiss Nail Artist Paint kit at Walmart for $ 7 for fancy designs. Good place for pedicure. Not so great for manicures.

Yuck — this place is gross. The guy that did my nails had a long pinky nail that he used to push my cuticles back. Bleh!

Bored and in need of an activity one Sunday morning in Spokane, a quick $ 5 manicure seemed like a good idea. I mean, driving down Sprague Avenue, you see a nail salon just about every 50 feet – Beautiful Nails, Hot Nails,(Enter Adjective Here) Nails – how can you not go in? Turns out that 90% of these businesses are closed on a Sunday. Not Nails by Leah, though. Oh, no. Walk-ins welcome, and they’ll take care of you lickety-split. I was immediately led by a very smiley man to a pedicure chair. After re-communicating that I wanted my fingernails painted, not toes, I was redirected to a nail station. He quick filed them down and applied a base coat, then went to haggle for a solid five minutes with another patron about the price of a mani-pedi combo.(It was a little awkward.) The break gave me time to look around, and after doing so I noticed a large crack/dent in the wall, through which insulation and plywood were fountaining. A quick glance at the ceiling assured me that, indeed, the building was structurally sound, but I noted this mentally as –1 star. Back to the manicure – a new girl came and applied the color and top coat, then set me under the fans to dry. I found myself sitting right next to The Dent. After eavesdropping on another customer asking about it, I learned that – get this – A Car Had Driven Into The Store Next Door. And went all the way through and THEN into the nail salon. I mean, this is the kind of stuff you hear on the news but never actually see up close. If I had gone in for my fancy red manicure a mere 2 days earlier, I might have been killed by that very car! Normally this kind of place would get 3 stars. But I’ve got to give them +1 star for being open on a Sunday, even after sustaining a major blow to the business.
