Shiloh is the best nail tech ever! I recently switched to acrylics with regular polish because the gel polish didn’t hold up with many hours in the pool a week (we’re talking 5+ hours). The quality and precision is amazing. She’s as good with her acrylics as she is applying gel polish to natural nails. I’m so glad she lives in the Spokane area!!!

I highly recommend coming here and seeing Meghan Fedor!!! She did an amazing cut and color on my hair and has such a sweet personality!!! I will be making more appointments with her soon!!!

Go in and get your hair done by Desirea, she’s highly qualified, super nice and does a great brow job too! She cut my hair almost a month ago and it still feels amazing!!!

Using a lovely and generous Groupon for a haircut and partial highlight deal, I was fortunate to get Tonya as my stylist. She was professional and did a lovely job, and since I’ve made stylists cry before, that is saying quite a lot.
The cut was mostly fixing what I’d done to myself, but as she was explaining what and why she was doing AND talked as if I would be back — which is a good thing. Instead of treating my like a «coupon» person, she treated me like a client. And while I like a good bargain, I am more than happy to pay for competent services — especially when it comes to beauty service.
The highlights turned out EXACTLY like the photo I brought in. When I explained that my hair tends toward red no matter what color I apply, Tonya listened and adjusted the product and guess what? No red.
The salon is located on a busy intersection, but it is in the lower level and was quite peaceful. They offer all salon services, nails, massage, facials and such. I would give it a 5 star except for the over whelming aroma of artificial nails that I find icky.
And since they also gifted me with a pedicure at a later date — I will be back to report on that.
