I still love the 3 mattresses I bought from northwest bedding almost 2 years ago. I will be buying 2 more next week for my guest rooms. Made locally by locals, not imported. Buy local to support your community, let’s keep our $ here, not exported overseas.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they don’t stand by their bed. Ours broke down after 6 months they said they would rebuild it and after sleeping on the couch for a week the rebuilt bed lasted 3 days before body impressions started and the rebuilt bed wasn’t anything like the bed they took away. I have degenerative disk disease so the rebuilt bed made me so sore I couldn’t breath. So long story short THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR US — WE ARE SCREWED!!!

Do not buy from this company. You’ll waste your $‘s. They do not support their product or honor their warranty. We had an experience similar to Kathleen W’s. We purchased a king mattress from the Old Cannery about 3 years ago. It began to sag about 1 year into its use. We then purchased a Novaform topper to help alleviate the sag and back strain. The mattress continued to sag badly in the middle. You roll into the middle, it strains your back, is terribly uncomfortable and then you have to struggle to climb out in the morning. So we contacted The Old Cannery, they contacted NW Bedding. NW Bedding asked to us to lay a yardstick across the sag and measure the sag. We did what they asked and below is their so called «customer service» reply:

This is a normal wear for a mattress over 3 years old and dose not fall under the parameters of a manufacture defect.

Gee, thanks for nothing Oksana. I suggest that you try sleeping on this mattress and see if your back thinks that this is normal wear. Our previous mattress (before we purchased our new one from NW Bedbug) is now in our guest room — it’s over 10 years old and we just had a guest ask us what kind of mattress it was because it was so comfortable and she had a great night’s sleep.

My wife & went to a couple different places before finally landing here. I am in sales and can pretty much spot poor closing skills. It wasn’t about that here though… we’re only going to be in the Spokane area for the next 5 months (God willing), and were looking for a «get by» kinda mattress. The salesman — Paul — Took us right to the get by rack of beds. I appreciated that he wasn’t trying to upsell us into something else. We ended up getting a great pillowtop mattress that is going to fit our needs. It was quick, to the point, no pressure and they DO negotiate on the prices. I liked that.
They also have some killer deals on other furniture… chairs, sofa’s, dressers, drawers, coffee tables, etc. Good quality and very fair pricing. I really like this place and easy to get to.
