By far the worst Panda in Spokane. Times after time after Time they are out of entrée’s. Don’t even bother going there after 8:30 — 9:00 they don’t make anything until it’s ordered, so you will wait according to them 8 min. Which is actually at least 15 min. I have waited as long as 27 min. I have on numerous occasions actually been asked to try their entrée of the month special, agree to ordering it and then be told they are out and I will need to wait 8−15−27 min. LOL!!! T hey are suppose to be open until 10:30… I just went there tonight 6/27…at 10:05, waited at the speaker(not in line! At the actual speaker) for 7 min. Only to be told«they are out of almost everything because they will be closing soon» And if I wanted anything it would be 15 – 25 min. The time gets accurate when they don’t want to do their job and it’s getting close to closing time. If it only happened once it would be no big deal, but this is a constant way of doing business. Apparently the owner or manager would rather not have to risk throwing out food. So they close it up early. And try to force you into entrees that have been there for hours and taste like rubber. It’s all for the profits! You would actually save yourself time if you drove to the Panda on Sullivan or even the north side.

We frequent Panda for special events like birthdays, when grandparents are in town, or the last day of school. Today was the last day of school and the kids were super excited to look forward to Panda. Being a larger family I ordered two Panda Feasts online and got the confirmation of when to pick up my order. I went to the restaurant at 5:30 on a Friday. It was insanely busy with a line forming around the restaurant, all seats filled and the drive thru blocking normal parking lot traffic. I guess everyone had the same idea we did! I started to wait in line until I quickly realized this should be a pick-up-and-go type thing, since I already paid. I exited the line and went near the register, without blocking the crazy long line, and waited hoping someone behind the counter may notice me… I wasn’t holding my breath, they were worn thin with that crowd. Soon the girl behind the register, Tonya, noticed me and sweetly said«Did you have a question?» calmly, as if there weren’t 100 people also in front of her, waiting for her to ring up their food. I tried to quickly say I had an order to pick up. She asked me my name, looked at a nearby tag and took the time to confirm it with me. She then began to assemble my food into bags. She was quick but not hurried, there’s a difference. She even took time to ask if I would like extra sauces or chopsticks. I was SUPER impressed with the care she took for my order when she was being pulled a million different directions by hungry, impatient customers! I soon had my food and was sent on my way with«have a wonderful evening!» as she attended to the next customer in line. We had a delicious HOT dinner with nothing missing and everything tasting fresh. Five cheers for Tonya! She is a huge asset to this location and I hope her management knows what a gem she is! Thank you!

Just went into panda express on Broadway in the Valley and got six burnt spring rolls. I wanted refund and they gave a problem and kept 80 cents I donated with food purchase to some charity. Not happy with the two Pandas I have visited locally. This one was pretty good until today. And the spring rolls were really burnt bad.

This is the ABSOLUTEWORST panda express I have EVER been too… I just moved to spokane a month ago and I went through this panda express drive thru TWICE… both times to my surprise they managed to fuck/mess up both of my orders… I don’t think it’s too hard to put chow mein with 2 sides of orange chicken in a box…(chow mein does not sound like fucking fried rice) … and the other order was chow mein with a side of fried rice and terriaki chicken… SOMEHOW that sounds like fried rice with a side of fried rice and chow mein… I have NOCLUE how you FUCKTHATUP… and to TOPITALLOFF I called in complaining about them messing up my order for a second time…(i never get mad unless I get screwed over) & I talked to a lady named«Yer» after explaining the situation she simply told me «NEXTTIMEYOUCOMEINJUSTLETTHEMKNOW „YER“ SAIDYOUCANGET2FREEPLATES» I calm down and tell«Yer» thank you for that I’ll probably be in next week. Next week comes I wake up at 9:00 and start job hunting until 3pm knowing that I want panda express for lunch and Yer said I could get 2 free plates I walk in and explain to them that Yer said I could get free food. The lady ask for my reciept and I tell her, oh no «Yer» said I could get free food if I just told u she told me I could get compensated for you guys messing up every order I’ve ever gotten from here She says oh well you need a reciept because 3 people have come in saying Yer said they could get free food… now why the FUCK wouldn’t Yer tell me I need my reciept to get free food over the phone, NOW not only did I get fucked over on $ 35 of food I bought and it not being what I ordered… but my free food that I was promised by YER vanishes because she promises everyone food and doesn’t tell them that they need their reciept to claim their free food FUCKTHISPLACEITFUCKINGSUCKSESPECIALLYTHEDRIVETHRU, I’D RATHERSPEND $ 5ONLITTLECESARSPIZZAANDITBEPREPAIREDRIGHTOR $ 40ATPANERABECAUSETHEYMANAGETOGETITRIGHT… AGAINFUCKTHISPLACE, BENDITANDIT’S STAFFOVER A TABLEANDFUCKTHESHITOUTOFITBECAUSETHISPLACEASWELLASITSWORKERSDON’T KNOWTHEDIFFERENCEBETWEENTHEWORDS CHOWMEIN AND FRIEDRICE THISPLACESUCKS

These guys have gotten a lot better than they were a few months ago. Before, issues such as running out of food and cleanliness were happening every time we visited. But now, it has changed for the better. The place is consistently clean, food is abundant, and it is consistently good for our pallets. Panda is one of those places where you don’t have to worry about whether you’re going to get a good meal or not depending on who is working or the time of day. We are not claiming to be PF Changs, but the management at this Valley location has certainly done a good job of getting us to come back. The only issue I have is the scripted and lackluster«Hello» that employees need to say every time a customer walks in. Let’s do away with that, Panda. It doesn’t make me feel any more welcomed or happy, especially since it is a very robotic hello. Other than that, nice job to those responsible for turning this location around.

I went to a Panda Express years ago in Tumwater and based on that experience I have never returned until I was in Spokane Valley and this one was within walking distance from my hotel. I decided to give them a second chance and I’m sure glad I did! The staff was fantastic and the food couldn’t have been better. My wife is Chinese and before we went here she has not been a fan of ANY Chinese food found in the United States. She changed her mind with this place. This will be a go to location for good eats any time we are back in the Valley for work.

For the THIRD time in a row, I have come to Panda to get food for my family and they are OUT of what we want to order! We aren’t ordering anything out of the ordinary, just their regular food off of the menu!!!

Agree with Shane below! Blows my mind how the young employees are so kind and professional. Rare commodity for fast food. I usually get off work about 10 which is nice they’re open late. Always offer to cook me up something that is out. Bring back the mandarin chicken! And try to keep the chow mien fresh! It burns in the pan :(and is my favorite!

Always friendly here. Always clean. Food always fresh. Now, some may say that Panda Express is not authentic, but I have griped about that word enough so we will leave that alone. What Panda Express DOES have is consistently good Chinese themed cuisine for fairly good prices. This location is no different. One of the nice things is that I have come close to closing a few times and gotten some nice add ons for free that were going to get tossed anyway. Free eggroll? I am so there. Free pot stickers? Booyah! My kids love this place, and we always laugh over the fortunes. Although there was that one that said«Help! I am being held prisoner in a fortune cookie factory!» that was troubling… Kidding. Anyway, love Panda Express and this one is great.

No, I’m not proud to be the duke of Panda Express. But it is a necessity sometimes. It’s on my way home and it provides cheap eats. But I’m not here to review the food. We all know what it tastes like. I am here review the staff. Somehow, this Panda Express managed to find a group of awesome teenagers who seem to actually enjoy their jobs. I order food from a lot of teenagers during any given month. And most could care less about their job or the customer standing on the other side of the counter. That is not the case here. There have been several instances where I have come in near closing time and a perky girl behind the counter has told me that they will cook anything that I don’t see(since by then, things are running low). How nice of you to offer, miss! And just last night as I was waiting for my order to be boxed and bagged, the guy who was cleaning the inside of the glass cases(a chore that requires you to be hunched over and in near proximity to food heaters) started a conversation with me and was genuinely interested in how my day was. He didn’t have to care. He was scrubbing hardened sweet-and-sour sauce off the sneeze guard for christ’s sake! But he took the time, and I was happy he did. So, kudos to you Panda Express No 1080! May your exceptional hiring process yield many repeat visits by yours truly. Just hold the MSG. Thanks.
