The waitress didn’t come to our table for at least a good ten minutes. We ordered 2 kids pizzas and 2 medium adult pizzas and paid $ 55. The wait for our pizza took a hour, our waitress was inconsistent. We also had to wait thirty minutes after being done with our mediocre meals and asking for our check to pay. We went to the front to pay ourselves. We recommend pizza Rita or papa johns. The menu is cheaper and you get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

These folks have extremely good pizza. Our family favorite is the King Arthur’s Supreme minus mushrooms. The only downside is they are a little pricey. I have a hard time spending $ 30 for a large pizza. But because it’s so good that’s what we get.

Update– after reading this review one of the owners reached out to me and more than resolved my issue. I am beyond impressed with the concern and willingness to fix this. You just don’t see customer care like this anymore. I even got a hand written card. I am looking forward to going back to this RTP. More business owners need to be like this. My family and I were in the Valley just before Christmas to look at Christmas lights. We decided to pick up a few pizzas to take back home in Colbert. Once we started eating we realized there were burnt, black, crunchy bits on top gof one of the pizzas. Maybe it fell off one of the pizza screens. It made the pizza inedible. I called to inform management. They wanted me to bring it back and get a new pizza. I couldn’t do that since I lived 40 minutes away. So, she asked what kind of pizza and how much I paid for it so they can send me a gift card. I got the gift card a few weeks later for a whopping $ 5. I spent over $ 25 on the pizza and couldn’t eat a slice and got $ 5 back. That’s good for what? Two toppings on my next order? I won’t be going back after that experience.

The response I got after my bad experience from the management at this location was very professional, cordial, and sincerely apologetic. I appreciated the reach out and the honest attempt to make up for the bad experience. Bad experience, nice facility, good pizza, good management. I added back a few stars because it is clear the owners care about your experience and satisfaction.

Well… good news is they have the beeeest bread sticks!(when they’re fresh) I work at a deli I know the struggle of trying to have fresh food all the time. But their pizza literally was the worst I have ever had. You couldn’t pay me to eat there again.

Pizza is soooo yummy but seems overpriced. Their salad bar has a wide variety and is so delicious. And their staff is very friendly! Not the fastest service but I will definitely be back!

Smiley greeting at the door, helpful service, phenomenal Pizza! A little pricier for our family, but worth it! Recommend getting the cinnamon twists!

Since moving here 6 months ago we have tried many lunch places in the area. My husband and I have a lunch date each Friday to catch up from our week and we very frequently find ourselves at the casual, familiar and friendly Round Table in the Valley for the lunch buffet. You really can’t beat all you can eat pizza, salad, breadsticks(sometimes raviolli, twists and potatoes) and a drink for around 10 bucks each. We love the easy atmosphere where we aren’t bothered, hurried or watched. This particular Round Table is large and has plenty of seating to give us our own space and privacy for conversation and eating. We have been particularly struck by how clean and friendly this restaurant is. The girl at the register, Amanda, is the friendliest, most cheerful person ever. I doubt she ever remembers us but I look forward to her cheerfulness. She is often found keeping things tidy when she’s not making customers feel welcome by keeping the salad bar clean and clearing unwanted dishes. We have rarely been to this particular restaurant of the chain and been dissatisfied by the food. It’s always piping hot, freshly made and the salad bar is well-stocked, always. Great job!

I have recently moved to Houston and was back in Spokane for a week to visit my family and friends and needed to find a reasonably priced place for dinner for 25+ people out in Spokane Valley. After doing a little research and noticing that Round Table Pizza offered a dinner buffet of pizza, pasta, bread sticks, salad bar and soda, I had my best friend call to see if they had room for that many people. They did and have a separate room you can reserve with TVs and appeared to fit 30 – 40 people as our group did not take up the entire space. The location is just off of Sprague and Sullivan in the Valley next to Harbor Freight Tools. Once I arrived, I tried to order some of their specialty beer but they were out, so they comped us a free pitcher of beer. I also made sure that everyone in my party was put on my tab. The service we received was excellent and everyone in our group enjoyed the pizza, salad bar, pasta and all you can drink soda. I’d definitely recommend this place as a fun, all ages restaurant that is reasonably priced. My total bill came to $ 250 which also included a $ 40 tip for our large group.

Last week was my second time going to this Round Table location. My first experience, I was less than impressed. Not only was our order wrong, our service was terrible, and our waitress was rude. I was very skeptical to ever return, however, I figured I would give it another try, ANDBOYAM I GLAD I DID! Our pizza was incredible! It was hot and topped to perfection! The salad bar was clean and sparkling! The staff was so friendly and personable! The manager Rihanna even came by to check on us and get us drink refills, even though we had a server(she even gave my son a cool Round Table tattoo!). Being taken special care of felt great! I was very impressed with my second visit, and will be returning!

Mediocre quality, way overpriced, service isn’t anything special either. I’ve heard the salad bar is good but even that is too expensive to bring me back to try.

I rounded up to a 3. Really giving a 2.5. The sad state of pizza in the spokane area is so severe that this is the best I have found since moving out here. Definitely not a great thing, since where I used to live, this is sub par pizza. The pizza is edible and a little over priced. The atmosphere is friendly. Its just nothing to get excited about. Hopefully, there is a pizzaria hiding out around here that’s gonna blow my mind.

Pizza is good, not great. Salad bar is decent but also not great. They are very slow at the cash register and a little rude. My daughter and I went for a late lunch, saw the pizza buffet was up, asked the register girl for one adult and one child, she informed us it was closed. She said the people getting pizza from it were special circumstances and that the buffet had been over for a while. They still hadn’t taken down the buffet for another hour… which is kinda gross and lazy! As we were leaving I asked for a to go box, the girl rolled her eyes and a gentleman making pizzas handed me one. Overall, not real pleased!
