They always offer quick service, accept coupons from anywhere else and have good carryout specials. The crust of the pizza is buttery goodness! I usually feel like I get good quality pizza, but I wouldn’t recommend the apple eights. It’s just thick bread.

Best cheesy bread sticks on the planet. Wow. So glad we ate here. Only downside was no dining seating. But ate great food in our car.

I used to love Pizza Rita until my son and I got food poisoning from this place. It made me sick for 2 days and I was on the toilet every 5 minutes. It was horrible. Now I stay away. I called them to let them know. They didn’t seem to care.

Pizza is bland like eating a sponge with ketchup. If you like Pizza Pipeline you will like this pizza.

I ordered 10 pizza’s for an office lunch. The delivery was on time, the pizza hot, the beverages cold. Rave reviews from all the folks on the pizza; awesome crust, plenty of toppings, fresh ingredients.

I would give this specific Pizza Rita zero stars if possible. Firstly, I had to call 4 different times just for someone to answer the phone. I then got through and ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery was told the total and est. Time being 45 minutes. After an hour I called to ask how much longer they thought it would be and the guy/kid same one told me there was no order placed for me and he doesn’t know why that happened. He did not apologize ask me if we still wanted the order or replace an order nothing just said«I don’t know why that happened» the end. It was extremely unprofessional very horrible customer service. Remember customers are job security if you don’t do your job you won’t have a place to work over time!

I’ve had two amazing pizzas in my life. One was just south of the Italian dolomite’s in a little pizzeria, I don’t recall the name. It was a beautifully cooked pizza topped with fresh mozz, arugula and thinly sliced salmon. The second was off Sprauge and Pines, at a little hut called Pizza Rita! I picked up a five pound pizza, as per instructed, and indulged. As soon as you open the box your smacked in the face with pure awesomeness! Its an explosive smörgåsbord of flavor that just engulfs your pallet. My heart skipped a beat as i layed my eyes upon the insane amount of toppings and a WHOLE fresh sliced tomato! If your feeling extra saucy I suggest anchovies, don’t worry they come on the side. Too Pizza Rita. Please open a Austin, TX location!

Done with Pizza Rita. Pretty decent pizza, not the best, but probably the best for delivery in Spokane Valley. The prices are inconsistent for the same pizza depending on who’s taking the order, we normally order the same pizza’s, but we’ve seen swings of $ 2 – 3. Delivery area: We’ve been getting delivery for a long time, then out of the blue, while getting a delivery, the driver stated that that they have stopped delivering in our area, and that that would be the last time we’d get delivery… since we like the pizza, we started to drive over to the Pines location to pick up… while there a few months back, I was told that they started to delivery again. Cool, we started to order delivery again, all good for a while, then last night, the delivery driver told us that they are stopping delivery in our area again. ummmmm okay… At that point, we decided to never throw money at this local business, just on principle, it’s rewarding bad management/service This morning we just happened to scrutinize the receipt… Subtotal: 15.99+1.56 Tax = 19.54 Amount due… Hidden charge? if there is a «delivery charge» call it out, this doesn’t look honest, and based on our experience, I can’t assume it’s for anything other than bad math. Sad, decent pizza, and the employees are always great and positive to deal, we’ve never had a bad experience with them, other than conveying what management has told them. We’ve given recommendations to friend to order from Pizza Rita in the past… this is all diminished because of a lack of leadership/management. Again, we’re done with Pizza Rita. Go to «The Brother Office Pizza», new local establishment in the valley with REALLYGOOD pizza. Yup, word of mouth works for positive and negative aspects.

Good pizza, price OK, late delivery. Both the driver and the order taker were nice to me.

I debated whether to do one star or two, but decided to be generous. We were traveling through Spokane Saturday night and were very tired by the time we reached our hotel. I don’t order pizza often because I have Celiac, but I’d read on another website that Rita’s Gluten Free pizza was«Celiac Safe» and that they were well trained in cross contamination issues. And delivery seemed like a good idea at the time. We ordered one regular pizza for my husband and one GF one for me. Each of us donated a couple of slices to the 3 year old, who isn’t picky. The plus side: my husband says his pizza was the best delivery pizza he could remember having. Not that he’s had delivery pizza in the 7 years since I was diagnosed with Celiac, so that might not mean much. Also, the delivery was prompt. The gluten free pizza was ok for gluten free. I was initially impressed with the fact that it came on its own baking pan, which gave me a sense of security which turned out to be false. :(Within 30 minutes of finishing the pizza I came down with the unmistakable symptoms of «gluten poisoning.» I was sick for about 3 days and now it’s been almost a week and I’m just beginning to get enough energy back to go for a short walk. To be totally fair, there’s a remote possibility that my daughter drank out of my glass or something when I wasn’t looking, or that the packaged, pre-sliced apples I bought at the grocery store and ate for dessert could have been the source of the gluten, however these are both extremely unlikely. When we feed our daughter gluten-containing foods my husband assists her and washes her hands and face before she’s allowed near me or left to run around spreading crumbs on things. And the apples, well, that’s really a long shot. The obvious source of the gluten was clearly the«gluten free» pizza itself. If you don’t have Celiac Disease it’s probably not a bad place to get pizza, which is the reason I resisted the temptation to give just one star. But I know I’ll never try it again. I am always nervous about eating pizza I don’t cook myself in my own kitchen, however I’ve bravely taken the chance maybe a dozen times at 4 or 5 different pizza places that offer this option and this is the first time I’ve actually gotten sick from it.

I placed an on line order to have a medium pizza delivered to my Spokane Valley motel room and enjoy during Monday night football.(Cowboys and Bears) The base price for the combination was $ 12.99 plus a delivery fee, tax and tip. I added fresh sliced tomatoes @ $ 1.and sliced jalapenos @ $ the pie for a total price of $ 20.28. Seems pretty expensive for a medium pizza! The order was delivered hot and on time just 30 fast minutes later and included paper plates, plastic knives and forks plus paper towels. Opening the box I found my dinner loaded with all the tasty ingredients listed except the fresh sliced tomatoes were nowhere to be found! My receipt showed I was charged for them however there were none present anywhere and no explanation for the oversight. I called the store and lead man Max offered to have a driver deliver some sliced tomatoes! I declined his offer as I already ate my meal and asked for an adjustment of the $ 1 and tax to my bill. That wasn’t possible as it was already closed out. Seems someone should verify the pie being delivered is the the same as the pie sold! Due to the rapid management response about my product issue from Pizza Rita, I am impressed! I have raised the star count from 2 to 3 and would like to note I would have awarded 4 stars if the pizza had been delivered as I ordered it with the tomatoes. I suspect additional training to handle refunds and improved order processing will make Pizza Rita a great place to patronize.
