Wayne’s Floor Covering

Excellent service! I would recommend Wayne to anyone who needs carpeting work done. I was frustrated with Jeff Myers Floor Covering due to their rude customer service and procrastination in finishing up their work so I went online and found Waynes Floor Covering. Wayne came to my home in Spokane Valley, WA to give me a free estimate on how much it would cost to stretch my carpet and came back the next day to start working. It took Wayne a little bit over an hour to stretch all the carpets in my house. I was a happy camper after that. Overall, great customer service, reasonable price, quick and well done job. Definitely will do business with Waynes company again.

I drove by Wayne’s on my way home from work one day just to take a look because we were considering doing a remodel of our home and I couldnt have been more impressed. Wayne was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the business from the floors to the installation. I wasn’t ready to buy at that time and he wasn’t trying to push me into buying, I had a great time talking to him and since he offers free estimates, we scheduled for him to come out to my house and let me know what the actual costs would be without any of those hidden charges. That was a couple months ago and I just had my floors done and everything went great and was the exact cost I was quoted. I highly recommend Wayne’s for anything you need to done. It’s a great little family owned business that treats you like a person and not just another sale and I will definitely be buying from them in the future.
