Just like the others. Quoted over the phone $ 19.99 for the call out and $ 15.00 to unlock a basic lock, upwards on more complicated locks. The guy arrived after 45 minutes, unlocked the car within 2 minutes with a wire. Charged $ 77.00. An hourly rate of $ 1710.30 is a joke (($ 77.00−19.99)×30)

This place is a scam. They quote you one price, but then a guy comes out and charges you more than the quote…
They told me the guy would be able to make a key for my car.
He comes out and says that he can’t…
But still has to charge me just for showing up… AND the price is double what the phone service told me …
And when I called back, the answering service was rude and says they have nothing to do with the price?
all they can do is give me the email of the locksmith if I have a problem???
They hung up on me twice!

While showed up fairly timely, need to give better estimates of price. Received a 59.00 quote from insurance company. The dispatcher asked what kind of vehicle needed to be opened to include make, model, and year. Only quote was 20.00 for dispatch and 15.00 and up for service. When service was performed was told cost was 77.00. Invoice has 20.00 dispatch and 57.00 for service which itemizes make model and year. This is a bait and switch tactic where you are lured in with low price estimate and the charged a bundle for the service. James E spokane

They never ever showed up! 3 calls later and they didn’t even apologize! How the hell is this place still in business???

It took this guy 10 mn to get down and 15 mn to unlock my girls car. Which is pretty exceptional right? However minutes before I had just spoken to the company and they gave me an estimation of 35 bucks. I put an emphasis that it needed to be around that price range. (expecting I was only going to have to pay 50 dollars tops) this guy says 96 big ones I asked him how he came up with them. I also informed him I just spoke to a representative who quotes me for 35 $. This mofo demands the money from me which I agreed to after all he did get us back in our car. He still wasn’t able to explain it but we left as I didn’t want to waste anymore time on this ignorant human being. I still had some questions though so I phoned the company and out of all the imbecils I talked to none of them could provide me for a reason why the cost was so high or get me the number of the person who charged me. The place is a pitiful waste of human life total scam.

My Distaste for this place is beyond awful. The dispatcher told me someone was on their way (ETA 15 – 30 minutes) I allowed 45 before I called to check the status. 1^st call she stated they were in route. I waited another 20. Called again to make sure they didn’t get lost. Dispatcher (same lady) stated the guy would call me immediately … 15 MORE minutes, no call. It’s 100 degrees outside and I have my five year old with me. I call back. She puts me on hold to call the guy again. I stay on hold for seven minutes before I hang up. Call back, the dispatcher now tells me the driver got pulled over and got a speeding ticket and that he was on the way. I’m fuming now but trying to stay calm. I get another call from the so called owner stating that the systems aren’t working and that now no one was on the way even though typically they’re fast and i would need to wait another 45 minutes. the guy didn’t seem to be aware of this speeding ticket that his driver received, now the lines were down. Get your story straight. These people wasted half my day giving me the run around and 3 hours later I called divines and they showed up in 20 minutes … Do yourself a favor and call anyone other than these people. Scam!
