Always very friendly! Everyone that works there greets you ans generally seema like they are eager to help. The deli and meat section is a hoot and once again, super friendly. Sometimes they have the best prices and selections. Its hit and miss on some items. The lady who works self check out never fails to be patient and nice! Good customer service!

Yes, I am Unilocaling about an Albertsons. Mainly because I’m bored, and also because I just love this place that much and they dont have near enough reviews. There is not a single thing bad about this store that I have yet to find. The customer service is amazing. Cashiers are fast and super friendly as are the deli people(though I do blame them for recommending one of their paninis and having it become a new addiction of mine). Most of the time in most grocery stores, management or people doing orders/inventory(example; have the handheld guns scanning stuff) won’t even look up at the customers, it’s very different here. I think about 95% of anyone I passed, greeted me. I normally go to chains like Walmart or someplace a little cheaper to do my bulk shopping, but sometimes good customer service can change that. I’m pretty sure I will be here at least once a week…

You have to be really careful when you shop here. I have found too much food expired. Dates are like weeks after expiration date on package, the shelves are dirty, some items sticky and dirty and not always very clean. It is the store close to where I live but I am starting to go much further for quality groceries. I do like that the staff is very nice and always helpful and if I like I can check my own items out which is appreciated. I use to go quite often but I have to switch stores before I get food poisoning from expired foods.

I don’t really like to go to Albertsons. They’re one of the more pricey grocery stores out there. But this one is great. They make up for it with excellent customer service. I have yet to meet a single rude person working here. Good job management!

The employees are always friendly and the bakery is decent. For a Spokane grocery store they have a decent selection of natural stuff. It’s always clean and it’s always open. Other than that, there isn’t a whole lot to like. Prices are OK; to get the deals you have to sign up for their rewards card with it’s unnecessarily complicated rewards program. I don’t need a two foot long receipt when I walk to the store to buy 3 items I need to make dinner. The checkout lines are always slow. And I mean glacially slow. Slow as frozen molasses. Between the too-chatty cashiers and the fossils from all the neighboring retirement homes who always write checks, there’s little hope of making it through one of the normal checkstands before your next birthday. The self-checkout is usually even worse; people take whole carts of groceries through there and most people have no idea how to use the simple checkout machines. The produce is all over the map. Some is excellent and some is awful, and it seems to depend more on random chance than on what’s in season. Don’t even bother stopping in the meat department. Prices are high, and all pork products are Hormel. Gross. I shop here more often than I’d like because I live less than 5 blocks away, but I usually try to get my shopping done at Yoke’s or Rosauers on my way up the hill after work.

This is the best Albertsons supermarket I’ve ever been to. Customer service is really friendly and the place is the cleanest.

One of the nicest Albertsons I’ve been to. There’s an Olive Bar.

This is a large, clean Albertsons, with a nice bakery, fresh produce, and some aisles of specialty foods with a friendly staff. There are usually some half price bakery goods up front that we get, as well as the usual groceries.
