You really can’t beat a place like this. It’s cheap, it’s fast, and it’s GOOD. They’ve got any topping you could ever want. Special points for goat cheese, ovalini mozzarella, fresh basil, and kalamata olives; all my favorites. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I hope Blaze stands the test of time.

This pizza is wonderful! I was visiting Spokane and was so excited to find a pizza place that offered not only gluten free crust, but nitrite-​free meats! So I figured it would cost a pretty penny but it was very affordable. AND the gluten free crust is delicious. Seriously. Really really yummy.
You can choose your toppings as you go or select one from the menu.
The seating area is large and echo-​y and not cozy at all but the food it totally worth it.

Lets start by saying its the best ‘fast pizza’ you can get, end of story. The environment is nice and open, its a walk up place so you build your pizza just like chipotle/​subway style. The ingredients are organic and fresh… you can tell because it holds up very well when reheated. This is a great stop for a quick pizza lunch if you don’t want to deal with wait staff and such. I wish there were more around town! The price point is only 8 $ for a pizza, its very inexpensive for this level of quality. Why would you even bother getting a frozen pizza, or a take&bake from the grocery store when you could have this? Its a no brainer! I will be back very soon.

The owner caught us standing outside as we were trying to decide whether to try something new (Blaze) or head to Chipotle next door. He was extremely nice and encouraged us to try his establishment and we were very glad we did. My kids loved the fact that they could choose whatever toppings they wanted and I was happy they had gluten free. Prices were extremely reasonable (about $ 7.50 per pie) and very generous in size for that price. Counter service was great too. We will definitely be back!

This place was great I was a little unsure at first but my friend had coupons for free pizzas so how could you turn that down ?? Anyways I got the green stripe it was done excellent price was right and it was done up fairly fast so cheers to the team at blaze pizza for running a proper joint !!

Great food, complimentary vegan cheese, and so many different options!!! I love the Italian sausage and the spicy red sauce. This is a great place for a quick lunch with friends and usually I get enough meat so that I can save ½ of my pizza for leftovers. The to-​go boxes work great for warming up leftovers in the oven!!!
Every time I have been, I have been incredibly impressed by the management.

Stellar and friendly attention is given to provide you with a perfect gluten free pizza. They change their gloves and were so friendly about it. They will also prepare your pizza in the back if you ask them to do so. And their GF pizza red sauce is far away from the other normal sauces as another preventative measure to avoid cross contamination. I did not feel like I was bothering them or making their job hard. Such delicious GF pizza and friendly staff. Will be returning for sure. This is my new fave spot for pizza here since I’m a new resident here in Spokane.

I went here for lunch and loved it. The place was clean and smelled wonderful. I like lots of different toppings on my pizza, so i was pleased that the pizzas topped out at about 8 bucks whether you have two or more. I have a pretty good appetite, but the pizza was big enough for me to take a couple slices home. They have plenty of toppings, including fresh mozzarella and ricotta, three different sauces, and fire bake the pizza in about 5 minutes. I got blood orange lemonade and it was very sweet, but I liked it a lot. The staff was friendly and were obviously trained to use people’s names. I could get a cheese pizza for 5 bucks for my daughter if she was there, and I think that is reasonable. Although I’m a total stickler for crust and I love the way this is cooked, this particular crust is good, like a 7 out of 10. I have a feeling that after a few years, that oven is going to crush the crust. I’d reccomend this place and will definitely return. Yummy!

Good gf pizza. Staff always asks if you need a glove change and seems to be careful about doing their best to avoid cross-​contamination (as best as possible that is). Have eaten here twice without issue.

this pizza is amazing for the price and how fast its made it is great. it is a thin pizza so try to limit the toppings or tell them to go light if your loading it. I always get my pizza well done and I fold my slice when I over load it. they have gorgonzola cheese yum and they have more toppings than shown on line. they also make great salads. the owner is often there helping and greeting people. I highly recommend them. I like getting the pesto as my main sauce its offered as a drizzle but you can request it as your main sauce. go enjoy a pizza its quick fast and amazing!

Loved this place since day one. Went for free pizza on their opening day and received coupons for buy one, get one free.
Today we came in and the service was really great. They talked to us the whole time when they were taking our order. When we were getting ready today, my friend and I wanted to split the check. Instead of saying they can’t do it since they didn’t know how, they asked for help which I really appreciated. The employees were really patient. Great people and great pizza. Same price if you were to build your own or get a signature pizza. Green stripe is my favorite.
Parking might be packed since there are other businesses, but they have a lot across the street.
I love Blaze Pizza!

So pizza. Pretty common right? Well my friend be prepared to be amazed! This place is the best thing to happen to pizza since pepperoni!
First you are greeted when you walk in with a welcome to Blaze! From there you are called by name through every step of the pizza creating magic! You choose your pizza from tasty pairings already created or build your own from the large selection of toppings.
You follow your pizza down the line choosing happy toppings to your hearts content. From there you pay and wait while your creation is fired in front of your eyes! While waiting fill your cup with your choice of soft drink or indulge your taste buds in the fresh lemonade and heavenly blood orange lemonade!
Once your pizza is complete your name is called and the tasting can commence! Every bite is more delicious than the one before and it definitely leaves you wanting more!
Happy to call ourselves regulars of this most excellent eatery!

I mean, how could I not love a restaurant that gives free pizza to EVERYONE on their opening day? I am a fan for life. Build your own pizza starting with the sauce, then cheese, meat, toppings, etc. I’m all about customization so this place is a winner. Fast fired in less than 30 seconds. You order down an assembly line, they fire your pizza and its done by the time you have filled up your drink.
Great location right on division next to chipotle.
Quick suggestion: provide sauce drizzle on the top of pizzas (would’ve been so good with some ranch or sriracha on top!)

So good! Love this concept of building your own pizza. Great veggie choices. Fresh ingredients, nice dining space, both inside & out. The register was backed up several times while we were there, but they’ll find their groove soon. It might be a good idea to have two registers so the people who want to purchase add-​ons like a drink or dessert don’t have to wait their turn in the pizza line to pay. This location is newly opened & the workers were super friendly. The food was delish– I’ll be back!

I’m so glad to be the first reviewer. This place is awesome. Fresh ingredients, unbeatable prices, very similar to fire artisan but won’t cost $ 12th for a personal size thin crust pizza, cost is way less than comparable places in town. Must try it out! And this Friday 9÷25÷2015 it’s the grand opening all day free pizza!
