The Bloem staff is incredible! I placed an order to be delivered same day. I unfortunately placed my order to late for morning delivery but would have liked it to be delivered before 3pm and they did everything they could to help me with this task even though I didn’t place my order in time they made the delivery happen!!! Thank you Bloem I appreciate you all! They truly went above and beyond for me! I would highly recommend Bloem!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and very fresh. The design is unique and the colors are gorgeous. The delivery was made on time and within a short requested time frame which was very appreciated! The recipient is extremely happy and so are we! Thank you!

I was recently a recipient of chocolates and then a flower bouquet from Bloem’s. The chocolates were beautiful and tasty. The flower arrangement was so beautiful and fragrant. The arrangement lasted a full week and was a bright spot to my week. It was slice of spring in the dead of winter. Thank you Bloem for great gifts. I have never ordered from them, but I will now.

I actually used to work here! back in 2007 I think. I have since moved out to San Francisco but the memory of the shop still gives me fond memories. I attribute my short career there (which was then called Boehm’s chocolates and flowers) to my chocolate snobbery today! :D The few times I have been back to wonderful Spokane I have stopped in for a chocolate fix in the shop and it’s just wonderful. I always loved coming to work because the place smelled like heaven, and was such a cheerful place to be. I am hoping to order some chocolates online or via phone in the next couple weeks because, as it came up in conversation over the holidays that I used to work in a chocolate shop, I have been craving the goodness for sure!
I hope to god you’re all still doing the frozen bananas etc. Those are incredible.
Ok, mostly this is a review to wave and say «HI!» but really this place is wonderful, and from working there I could feel the extreme devotion of all staff to go above and beyond and help customers get exactly what they wanted (and more). Awesome shop please order from them!!!

My brother-​in-​law recommended this store… and he was right! I was beyond pleased with the excellent assistance and service I received in buying products for our new home both times I have went there. Though this hardware store is not as close to my residence as another well known hardware store, it was well worth the drive for this level of service.

I’ve been a repeat customer of Bloem’s since I moved to the area because of the care they take in all aspects of their business. From taking orders – whether online or over the phone – to delivery, Bloem’s exceeds my expectations.
The first time I ordered from Bloem’s, I was unsure what to get the girlfriend so I called the store. The woman I spoke to spent 15 – 20 minutes helping me deliberate to pick out the right flowers and chocolates for the occasion. And because I wanted it to be a surprise, I requested the flowers be delivered in the morning when the girlfriend was still at home. Now no flower company can guarantee delivery at a certain time, but the woman I spoke to knew the delivery routine, place my delivery towards the front of the line, and her estimate of when it would be delivered was spot on. For that kind of service alone, I would return to Bloem’s. But the flower arrangement is why I would NOT dream of going anywhere else. Simply put, they’re the best (and I’ve purchased flowers from big and small retailers alike everywhere from Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, D.C. and LA)!
Since my first purchase a year ago, I’ve purchased 3 other arrangements. The quality of each has been unparalleled. Not only because of the service and quality, but also because the arrangements last. I’m not talking days. Each lasted at least a week, and one lasted over two.
From my review (which I hope is coming across as glowing), I might be suspicious Bloem’s is paying for reviews. But, in reality, I spent the time to write this because I’ve been swindled by too many unscrupulous flower companies over the years who deliver wilted roses or boxes of flowers and a vase after I paid for a hand delivered arrangement. Simply put, Bloem’s is leading the charge to professionalize the industry, and I am happy to be one of their customers. Their newest innovation is to send an email with a picture of the arrangement before it goes out for delivery. It’s a token of the confidence they have in their product, and their confidence is well deserved.
If you’re looking for exceptional service, stunning arrangements (and/​or delicious chocolates), all at a great value, I would look no further than Bloem’s! You’ll never go anywhere else.
I also want to briefly mention the staff. I apologize that I cannot remember the names of all the people who have helped me (Erica is one), but it is clear the owner takes great care in who she hires; every one takes pride in what they do, is courteous, and has made me laugh. And they took the time to do so even on Mother’s Day weekend.

I used Bloem on flowers for a customer who had a tragic loss… I had asked Bloem to send me a picture of the arrangement I ordered prior to delivery. Not only did Bloem send me a picture, but it was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have seen!!! It turned out even better than what I had ordered. Just lovely! This was an online order I placed and the communication was great from beginning to end! Highly recommended A++++

Cute, small shop filled with plants, flowers, chocolates, candy, stationery, etc.
The store is so beautiful and the girls are friendly and helpful. The windows showcase the beauty of the inside.
The sign for Hot Chocolate Now got me! It was so good!!! Thick and smooth, not too sweet or too hot. Perfection in a small cup.
Every time we are visiting, we will be stopping by to kill my chocolate craving.
I highly recommend it.

Bloem has the most beautiful flower arrangements in Spokane, bar none. On top of that they have excellent customer service! This is the only place I will ever buy flowers in Spokane.

The MT. Rainer is one of my favorite chocolates here. I have never really had a bad chocolate from here. Just walk in and buy one Mt Rainer and I know you’ll go back. If you like chocolate, Carmel and cherries then this is the one for you.
The Himalayan sea salt caramel is awesome! Perfect balance.
The truffles are great and they have a lot of favors from Hennessy to grand marnier.
I come here every time I come back to Spokane to visit.

Every time I visit Spokane I make some excuse to come to the mall, go up the escalator and walk right to this store.
Love the chocolates and somehow, I don’t eat them all, but save some for home. Each piece is a delight and it’s always fun to try something old and something new.
Staff is so friendly, patient and helpful telling me exactly what each piece is.
Can’t wait to go back again.

I work as a personal assistant — I order lots of flowers. I have used this florist twice now with amazing results each time! The prices are fair (they will work with you the best they can), the flowers (as I’ve been told) were just absolutely beautiful on both occasions and the flowers were delivered exactly as requested.
Not to mention, when I use a florist they have to be able to make special accommodations in order for me to even place an order. They were able to easily accommodate me on both occasions without any issues.
No doubt in my mind — Bloem is a preferred florist for me!

Friendly people. I bought a chocolate dipped shortbread cookie yesterfday, and now I’m back to buy more. They’re probably the best shortbread cookies I’ve ever put in my mouth (including the ones I bake myself, and that’s saying something)

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. They kept telling me different delivery times every time I called back, going from 5pm, to 7:30, then telling me they’d be delivered by 9pm. They never were. The lady at the front desk refused to let me speak with a manager.
After a few calls back and forth, they finally decided they would refund me my money and are going to deliver the flowers today anyway.
It was a great resolution, however, the customer service I received yesterday made it so I’ll be ordering my flowers elsewhere in the future.

Extremely satisfied!!! My girlfriend and I tour for a living and me always wanting the biggest smile on her face got her truffles and flowers delivered to the venue, perfect timing she was having a bad day!!! They already sent out all there deliveries, however one of the employees was kind enough to drop it off to her! Totally happy, if your in Spokane and want flowers go here, period!!!

After my 4 ounces of sipping chocolate I wanted to come back with a 1L jug and go to town. Delicious.
I love this store. It has a wide range of gourmet chocolate. It’s a bit pricey but it’s the quality your paying for. I’d definitely treat myself here every month if I was a permanent resident.

I freakin’ love the sippin’ chocolate!!! Only my second time at this mall and saw the sign for SIPPIN CHOCOLATE. It’s basically melted chocolate. Imagine thick creamy hot chocolate but better! (Only if you’re a chocoholic) Pair it with a truffle and you’re good to go for the rest of the day for a holiday shopping.
The store also offers flowers, papyrus greeting cards, but who cares! Chocolate is a girl’s best friend.
