Left my dress and the lady said she didn’t know how much it was going to be… Probably around $ 10 or $ 15. I got my dress back and it was $ 49! I was pissed.

In the event of a massive power outage, it would be nice for Bubbleland to suspend laundry service temporarily until people get power back in their homes. When you have to wait forever to use the dryers, waiting for an employee to put 2 towels in for 10 more minutes is frustrating.

I am from Lexington KY, and travel quite a bit for work. I sometimes have to do my laundry and this is a very pleasant place to do that.
They have places for kids to play, and even movies for them to watch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the machines are ancient. Some of the washers are good but many are quite old. The dryers are really old and many do not get warm at all. One of the dryers I used was running for 14 minutes and did not get warm at all. Otherwise this place is ok.

Super nice and helpful staff. Nice waiting room: coffee, magazines, cable, wifi. A good experience! I’m grateful this place is around while waiting for my own machine’s repair.
