I hired Canvas by Marianne to do the makeup for all seven of the girls as we prepared for a family portrait. Marianne, herself, was the one who showed up to do the job, which impressed me. While I’m no expert in makeup, everyone of the females that were worked on were astounded at her knowledge of makeup techniques and her ability to work with every individual face, making each attendee look incredible. She had a great personality, and everyone fell in love with her upon meeting her. She was very reasonably priced for the artistic services she offered. I frequently do photoshoots, and they all require a makeup artist. I have found mine!

Marianne did a fantastic job from the trial run to the big day! She was very professional, prompt in returning emails and confirmations, and on-​time for everything. My makeup was beautiful after the trial but after a day of wear, needed some tweaks for staying power. She was open to feedback and on the day of my wedding I felt confident it would last. Not only did I feel amazing and the most beautiful I’ve ever felt, my makeup stayed put the entire day even through some major dancing. My maid of honor looked awesome as well. If I ever have a big event and need makeup done, I’ll definitely be calling Marianne!

Canvas by Marianne did the makeup for my sisters wedding. She is the BEST makeup artist in the Spokane area for sure and one of the best I’ve ever used anywhere. I also had her do my daughters makeup for Halloween and it was spectacular. Whatever you need done she has the skills to do it!

We found Canvas by Marianne, All Tressed Up and Photography by Amanda Jayne at the Pounders Bridal Fair last fall. What a power team! They just did my daughter’s wedding in August and it was a fantastic experience! Marianne knows her stuff, is so fun and easy to work with which makes for a great experience! Love that she comes to you… made for a relaxed morning of coffee, music, fun and giggles getting ready at the church. Would recommend in a heartbeat!!!
