I bought a sweet 2015 Subaru from Carmax yesterday for a great no haggle price and had one of the best car buying experiences ever! I always do my research before buying a car and the price they listed was right on the mark. They also gave me top dollar for my trade without all the stress you get when you go to a typical dealership, made the document signing drill painless and treated me like part of the family! Justin, Jill and the rest of the Carmax Team are well worth making the trip to their showroom and I honestly believe if you deal with them your vehicle purchase will be very satisfying! Once you go «max» you’ll never go back! Lol!

Just bought a car there last week. It is a 2010 dodge grand caravan. I noticed my allignment was out. I went back in for an allignment. It is worse now than before!
Here are the issues I have had since I bought it 1 week ago.
1.allignment issues
2.when using Cruise control it red lines my engine
rear heater control has an electrical short
tires needed balaneed
5.now it threw a code for bank 1 emissions and I need a new 02 sensor. They refuse to get me in to fix my car. I am leaving for Florida on Saturday. Maybe the car max in Florida can get it right. But this car max is AWFUL! Don’t go there. They will sell you a pile of shit.
