Davenport Spa & Salon

Manicured by Courtney this morning. She did an excellent job, I highly recommend booking specifically with her. She was friendly, gracious & highly skilled.
Overall an excellent experience.

I had my first ever facial here, and I have to say, it was amazing! The hand/​arm and scalp massage was to die for, and I felt the staff were professional and demonstrated excellence. Worth every penny!

I recommend massages here because I love their use of heat. Hot towel, robe, etc. I have been here twice and enjoyed the massage both times. I also highly recommend using their valet service when you visit the spa. Just pull up and it will be comped as a part of your visit. Fancy! However, I can’t recommend the Dav Spa for gift certificates or for visiting if you are pregnant or plus size. From what I could see they just have one size of robes. I saw two women unable to comfortably wear theirs. Also, I can’t recommend the fruit/​cheese plate. Underwhelming. I’m docking a star because of service issues with the food and drink– my experience each time has been that you have to really hunt someone down if you want a mimosa or your ordered food. The spa concierge checks you in for the visit, but they don’t really take care of you. Really lovely serenity room with washed linen feel. I felt like it was a Restoration Hardware catalog.

The perfect place for a girls’ day out. It’s hard to find a place that has enough asthetitians working to go as a group, so this was a great find. We took advantage of the steam room and complimentary snacks and drinks. The best way to enjoy this experience is to turn your cell phones off and be together with your friends and allow the staff to pamper you. Our signature facials were amazing and we glowed with great skin and relaxed smiles for hours afterward. You get access to much for more just a few dollars more than others spas in the area.

Have now had two amazing facials at the spa and couldn’t say enough great things about the whole experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable and relaxing! I would recommend the Davenport spa to everyone! Is worth every penny! Oh and be sure to get your complementary glass of champagne while relaxing in the serenity room!

What a find! I was visiting friends in Spokane and decided at the last minute to treat myself. I was staying at the Davenport Towers and the Spa is in the basement of the older hotel across the street. I had a wonderful hot stone massage but the real highlight was my waxing with Carly! She is amazing– best waxing on my lip and chin that I have ever had. No redness or breakout which was good since I had a birthday party to attend that night. Pricing for services is reasonable and facility is very clean and comfortable. Be sure and allow time to use the steam room.

I stayed at the Davenport hotel for a week and saw that I got 10% off all spa services. I called and went down to the spa in person to get a appointment but such such luck for a couples Massage. I ended up being able to fit in a facial on the last night of our stay, which was great. I got Carly and she was really great! She examined my face and I got the Davenport signature massage with a focus on moisture and clogging. If you show up at least 30 minutes before you get to enjoy a huge private male or female lounge with complimentary champagne, mimosa, or coffee. Also you get to enjoy their aromatherapy sauna.
Once I got into an appointment I enjoyed the experience so much. I actually wish we stayed another day so I could fit in a body wrap and couples massage.
The other down side is I didn’t get my 10% discount even though I asked if I get it so the day after I had to take my receipt back down to the spa before checking out and get a partial refund.
In the end I will go back again but this time I will set my appointments ahead of time.

I came in after another salon completely ruined my hair. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The salon is beautiful. Casey took excellent care of me and I absolutely love my hair color and cut! She was very professional and so fun to talk to. It was worth my 2 hour drive. I will definitely be coming back to Casey.
