Epiphany Floral

Kara was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. I was planning my wedding from across the country and Kara went out of her way to get every detail I wanted down so that she could create the floral arrangements I dreamed of for my wedding, and to stay within my budget too. Honest, wonderfully creative and very sweet. The best florist ever!

I wanted to send flowers to my fiancée for her birthday and started looking online for florists in the Spokane area. I stumbled on this shop after a Google search (the store had not yet been added to Unilocal) and was instantly drawn to the business from the numerous raving comments and photos of beautiful arrangements on Epiphany’s Facebook page. Upon calling the business, owner Kara answered and I explained I live many states away and that I was trying to coordinate a special birthday gift for my fiancée, and that I had a few special requests. She was all too eager and seemed genuinely excited to help me. After discussing a budgeted amount, she gave some really great suggestions, which we agreed on. The extra request she helped me with completely put the business over the top for me… alongside my Google searches for flowers and sweets, I came across another little wonderful store (located around the corner from Epiphany Floral) called «Sweet Frostings Blissful Bakeshop», which creates amazingly beautiful cupcakes… and I wanted to have a half dozen of these delivered with the flowers to a spa where I had booked my fiancée a massage. I asked Kara if she would be willing to pick up the pre-​paid cupcakes for me and deliver, and I of course would pay her for her time to do so. Without hesitation, she said she’d love to help and it would be no problem at all, and since Sweet Frosting was close by, I need not worry about an extra pick up charge. Well, needless to say, the next day my fiancées birthday went spectacular… she arrived at the spa with the a most incredible floral arrangement and wonderful cupcakes waiting. All I can say is, wow! For me, this why local florists beat online «flower mills» hands down. Customer service rules!
P. S. my fiancée has repeatedly stated how much she absolutely loves the floral arrangement… perfectly eclectic and very much her style.
