Absolutely amazing service!!’ We had an emergency and they fit us in as soon as we got there. I’d go there again in a heartbeat.

I ended up here on a Saturday afternoon because the store where I bought my new battery said, yes, we install batteries, and then decided after I’d already paid my money, that no, they couldn’t do it after all. And, naturally, they couldn’t recommend a place that was open on a Saturday. I’m disabled, it’s triple digit temps, I have a new battery but no one to install it and a car that won’t start **because it needs a new battery**.
So when I called these guys, I wasn’t expecting much. Yet, they fit me in on a hot Saturday afternoon, even though they were booked solid. I showed up, I was taken care of immediately. Did I mention they were busy? They have a steady stream of customers, some they’ve known for decades, especially the oldish sorts of people (not trying to be ageist here, but the sorts of people who are kind of lonely and need to chat, chat, chat).
They were patient with me, and the old people, plus efficient, and funny. I should have gotten names. Yes, they are ALWAYS busy, so if you’re booking some time for something, please have patience yourself. There’s a reason they’re always busy. They do good work for reasonable money. Saved my bacon.
