I come to this jiffy lube for all of my oil changes and top offs. They have always had the most amazing customer service. One of their employees even walked with me to auto zone next door to show me a product he recommended. I have been to other Jiffy Lubes and none of them compare to this one. The Jiffy Lube on Francis was downright awful. I will always come here and I will always give a great review. Thank you so much guys!

Stole money out of my mom’s car twice when we took it in and then didn’t put the filter back in and damaged her car and wouldn’t help pay for the damage. Not very professional.

Went in for an oil change on a groupon… A very good deal. But… The pressure to upcharge is huge. We were told there were major leaks in oil and transmission. But no spots in our driveway… No sign of fluid loss. We were given a list of ‘manufacture recommended services but they were not for our vehicle. And the recommendations were for stop and go driving not normal driving at all. We are in a small RV and it is possible they mistook a small water leak (known to us) for major oil leaks. Major is their word not mine. Still you would expect professionals to know the difference between oil and water. I’m not saying they were dishonest but if I bought everything they said I needed including the high price oil it would have been hundreds of dollars… None of there suggestions are required in my owners manual. My advice? Groupon is a great deal but use it at another location.

Rolled in just at closing needing them to check our car as the oil light came on. Young man came out and quickly assessed the situation and took care of us. Really appreciate the extra effort even though it was time to close the place.

The mechanic at the Division St. store failed to replace the cap on the oil filter on my Tundra, unaware of this I traveled from Spokane to Portland the next day leaking oil the entire way. The General Manager at the Portland store was excellent to work with. She replaced the cap, refilled me with oil and cleaned up as best as she could,
The General Manager, Kyle, at the Division St, Spokane location simply reported to me he disciplined his staff.
Had I been in charge of Jiffy Lube, I would have reimbursed me for my oil change and offered an undercarriage clean up of my new truck. What could have happened to my truck would have been a disaster.
Unacceptable error on their part, and very unfortunate service by the general manager.

Horrible service rude and had to wait 2 hours for my oil to be changed got there at 10 on a Friday morning shouldn’t have taken that long… employees were young and did not know what they were talking about
