My husband and I come here very often to get the Veggie burrito (for myself) and the Big Froggy Burrito with chicken! Never fails to be delicious, and the staff are super nice! Definitely give it a try! The veggie burrito is amaaaazing

Its like taco hell, but with less quality control and a dirtier establishment. Sure, its a fast food place, so service quality was expected. Cleanliness is important in food service, which seemingly eludes management at this locale. Food was not expected to be fabulous, but I can’t even tell you how it tasted, because we ended up leaving before placing an order, when we saw the quality of food given to other orderers in front of us. The smell was horrid and it looked unappetizing, prompting me to tell my husband I would wait in the car if he wanted to try it.

We came back to try out the Wednesday special, which is 3 crispy tacos for $ 3.99. We had one of the tacos upgraded to carnitas, meat & cheese only. When the food was delivered to our table, I discovered that the carnitas taco was covered in lettuce so we brought that to the cashier’s attention. He promptly brought out a new taco, & it was filled to the brim with meat and cheese. I ended up not liking the carnitas (too many large chunks of peppers), but the excellent customer service means this will become one of our regulars.

Every time I come to this place its like pulling teeth to get an employee to acknowledge me. Then when they do, I’ve obviously interrupted something important. I find poor customer service unacceptable. I won’t be going back.

I can’t comment on the Luigi’s portion of this place, but I can tell you all about the Señor Frog’s experience.
When it comes to getting high-​quality fast Mexican food there is no one that competes with the Frog.
First off — R.C. Cola. that’s right, I said it.
While the ‘crispy beef burrito’ dipped in tater sauce will put you about one step closer to your permanent resting place with every bite, you should still do.
Remember, everyone dies, but not everyone goes to Taco Heaven… the Frog.
