Very inconsistent. Nachos so big you can’t eat them 1 time and the next time they are tiny. Hot one time and cold the next. Literally came home twice with portions of order missing. Third time I checked before driving home and only had to circle back through the drive through. The guy at the drive through sounds like a diranged DJ from the 1970’s NOMORE

A notch above Taco Bell in both quality and price. I crave it every now and then and as a Mexican food option if I am in a hurry, I do it. For the price, it’s costs around the same to go to a sit down Mexican restaurant for the basics sans the free chips. Crisp burritos are an easy to eat as an on the go meal as are the tater tots. The soft taco resembles more of what I would consider to be a burrito. A convenient, not convenient location… located on the north side of Francis so if you are heading west and wish to continue going west, then it’s good if you plan to go east, then not so much so especially during peak drive times.

Best taco time by far! Employees are very friendly, and best food and service I’ve had at a family restaurant.

Pretty gross. Came in around 3pm for lunch… Bad idea. I ordered a «Big Juan» combo meal, which was promptly placed into a gross microwave and heated up nice and soggy, next I was given mexi-fries with the meal that where cold, and quite old… Lastly, and most disgusting, when I opened up the burrito I discovered a nice long curly pube setting right on top of the tortilla. I will DEFINITELY not be coming back. I realize its not fair to hate all taco times just because this one is gross. Definitely make the drive to another location. PS: the customer service still blows… Whoever owns this location needs to get their shit together…

This Taco Time has to be one of the worst run fast food places I have ever experienced. The staff is consistently inept, and it is obvious the owners have no hand(or no interest) in customer service. God forbid if you ever decide to dine in after 7pm; by that time they are basically in «shut down» mode. The staff is pulling items off the salsa bar and acting as if you are an inconvenience to them getting the hell home for the night. Enjoy the wafts of cleaning solutions from the half of the restaurant they have already shut down while you try to eat. And, as Joe Peschi would say, «They f*ck you in the drive thru». And to add insult to injury, getting them to fix it takes an act of God. That being said, the food is really good. A little higher in price than other fast food Mexican, but that is what keeps us coming back, despite the dubious choice of employees. Damn you, good Taco Time food, for forcing me to endure lousy customer service for your delicious food!

For starters Taco Time has nothing to do with traditional Mexican food. It is what one white guy in Eugene Oregon concept of what Mexican food was in 1960, and what he created was a masterpiece. Think Taco Bell on steroids… with flavor… and clean. In the late 70’s early 80’s I was a night manager at a now closed location(I am pretty sure I had nothing to due with the closure). Anyway, I got free meals when I was working, and it never got old, day in and day out… now that is some damn fine eats. The trick lies in the seasonings that TT has come up with, I wish they would sell their seasoning by mail order. Now I live 1500 miles away, and I wake up in the middle of the night needing a Taco Time fix, but lo, it is not to be… and I cry myself to sleep.
