Waddell’s Brew Pub and Grill

The server made a comment regarding my request for protein style, stating we aren’t Red Robin. You are right, they know what protein style is! Will not return. Server was snotty, MOD was indifferent to my complaint about time it took for service stating «you were stuck behind a large party.» The restaurant was not to busy for 9pm. When someone states they aren’t happy, your business depends on them leaving with the intention of returning. Disappointed in my dining experience at least my wonderful!

My girlfriend and I really liked this restaurant, so we took her cousin for dinner the night before Valentine’s day. First we walked in and wete told it would be a 30 to 45 min wait for seating which would not have been a problem but there were open tables all over so I asked what why we couldn’t seat at an open table and we were informed that the kitchen was short staffed so they were not filling all the tables instead would rather have people wait at the door. So we decided to find our seat in the bar after about 20 min a table in the bar opened up so we sat down. The girls ordered burgers and salads and I ordered a hot dog and when I tried to tell the server what I wanted on my dog he was kind of argumentative after that battle I ordered the new potatoe type spiral cut jojo frys they have. The girls food came the way they ordered it and mine was missing half the stuff I requested. They took care of, that but the hotdog was sub par and the girls said their burgers were not very good. I started eating my jojo frys and after 2 or 3 of them I but into a rotten one. At that point I informed our server and he smelled the rotten potatoe and said sorry about that I can comp you a drink in your ticket, he didn’t offer an fresh food or to remove the plate that contained rotten potatoe or offer me anything else but a comp drink. I didn’t argue be ausr at that point I was so irritated I did not want to start an argument. I did not finish my food and at this point I do not know that will be returning to this eatablishment, It was a terrible experience all the way around and we would choose Waddells almost over anything prior to this experience.

Love their Rueben sandwich, I have never had anything bad here, great food and service, I do like the location on the north side much better the then the one on the south hill, mainly because it is so much bigger and you do not feel like you are sitting on top of each other.

Northside location last friday. Thankful for the ale sampler. In house brewed ales tasty! The Lamb-​strosity was very good, but I am sure Guy Fiery’s serving was twice the norm. Will revisit over and over.

We love waddells! Appetizers are great! Give entertainment for the kids so parents can talk. One of our go to places. Great place! Don’t let any bad reviews detour you from trying this place yourself, you won’t be disappointed. It’s super clean and newer. I prefer this location to the south hill one as its larger and seems more child friendly.

Great food, great beer selection, I recommend the Rube Waddell burger.
Only reason I don’t have 5 stars us that the prices of the meals are a little high.

Fan of the south hill location but when we moved to the Northside, we were sure glad they opened one up by us. Thanks

I have been to the original Wadell’s several times and it is close to my home but given that we were in the neighborhood of this location we decided to give it a try! I had several people tell me that it wasn’t the same and the report is true. Terrible service, cold burgers, it took forever and the burgers were thrown together terribly. I will never visit this location again. And they added gratuity to a table of six, they didn’t tell us that when they sat us either! If you want to try Wadell’s visit the original location on the south hill!

Best burger I’ve ever had! Huge beer selection with excellent service. Without a doubt I would recommend Waddell’s Neighborhood Pub & Grille to everyone. We moved to Spokane from Oceanside, CA, the land of In & Out… still the best burger ever!

Visiting friends in town. Went here for a quick bite to eat. Can’t say much, however the food was good. The sweet potato fries lost a little flavor in the frying process, =D however they were still good. The waiter was nice and prompt. She deserved every penny of the tip. I’d return if I visit Spokane again!

Great beer and fantastic dogs… but no Sunday Ticket. Still a great place to watch the game where it’s not so loud that you can’t have a conversation.

One of those days when you’re looking for a good burger. google best burger in Spokane and Waddell’s Pub came up. Was not disappointed great burger customer service was fantastic. Thank you Sasha, Great personality and it made a big difference in the service. WoW quite a burger I had the repeater with bacon great option fries, sweet potato fries or salad with your burger. This was my first time here, but it definitely won’t be my last.
We started off with the sweet and hot wings. Very delicious and not too spicy.
I had the big dawg burger and my wife had the brisket. Both were amazing. I added some of her brisket onto my burger and It was awesome. I’m so full right now, but I just want to keep ordering off their south watering menu.
I can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been here about a dozen times and have usually received pretty decent service and always good food. They brew many different kinds of beer here which makes it fun to sample. The menu has a good selection from burgers to pasta. I’m a big fan of the black bean burger here… And yes I’ve had the regular burgers, for some reason though I really like that veggie patty. If you’re on the north side and looking for some good pub style food you can’t go wrong here.
Lately it seems like the prices went up? 3 beers and a salad and it cost me 45 $.

Went in for lunch with a few friends and absolutely loved this place. I had the Rube Wadell Burger, and my buddies had the Lambstrosity and Big Dog Burger (he got it blue rare and could not stop raving about it). Everything tasted amazing the beer selection was great. Huge lineup of in-​house brews in addition to a solid dozen+ of guest taps. Got talking with the bartender and it just made the whole experience.
As for the ambiance of the experience, it wasn’t too loud, but that’s probably just because we went during lunch hours. We just went into the bar area and were taken care of really quick. Staff was awesome and very welcoming. Very cool having the fermenters right behind the bar, completely added to whole brewpub feel.

A very casual place to bring your coworkers for lunch. The Tia chicken peanut wrap was good but a little on the blah side and light on the peanut sauce. However it was very fresh and crispy. the pasta salad however was basically no taste except for a mild hint of blah sauce as well. I wouldn’t recommend the pasta salad but I would recommend the burgers. Our group consisted of 9 & 6 ordered burgers and they we’re all very satisfied. Every single burger looks very delicious and cooked to order. I would recommend coming back… I will be.

This place nails it for a great spot to bring a crowd and enjoy a great selection of beer. Even though the space is fairly industrial with high ceilings and concrete slab flours they do a great job of breaking up the restaurant and keeping the sound to a minimal. You can actually hold a conversation here which is great.
I think there are at least 24 taps so you are sure to find something to enjoy.
The food is A-​Ok. It’s not what I would consider knock-​your-​socks off and the price tag is a little high. I’ve ordered burgers here and I miss things like fresh veggies. For a great dive burger this is your joint. The burgers are pretty lean and you have to request getting a piece of lettuce included.

This place was really cool. The pop rocks wings are absolutely MANDATORY. I also had the lambstrosity sandwich (featured on Diners, Drive-​ins, and Dives) and it didn’t really blow my hair back. It was ok.
I loved the beer selection and the ambience. Service was awesome. I just wasn’t impressed with the sandwich and thought my bill was pretty large. Wings, sandwich, 3 beers was over 50 bucks with a good tip.

Service was awesome, during happy hour the nachos and beer is worth the trip. Burgers were excellent as always but expensive.
