This place is awesome, so many good stores and awesome food nearby. I suggest this place to any buddy looking to go on a nice walk through the park and stop at the flour mill. Located near the Spokane arena right after the downtown Riverfront Park. Awesome location great views beautiful women no lie.

We saw a concert in the basement and the venue was so cool and intimate!
One minus, the chairs were too close together. Everything else was awesome.

Just wanted to update to grant an additional star from original review, 11/​18/​2014, as the free parking stickers are generous when shopping in the shops inside. I still have to make time to explore what all the different levels have to offer.

a souvenir shop
a specialty tobacco shop
a jeweler
a fancy kitchen store
a fancy chocolate store.
The ONLY Ethiopian restaurant
And clingerdaggers, a fine dinning restaurant.
Lower floor:
A photography studio
An Asian restaurant
And !? More…
All the way at the bottom floor they have the Château Rive a much overlooked and underrated venue.
Very very fun to walk inside and around the flour mill. 5 stars for the architecture, and variety of things to do, buy, & see inside.
