Within a year (more like a 6 month time frame) we bought from them a wood bunk bed set with mattress, a marble top dining table with 6 chairs and matching buffet server, and a 7 piece reclining sectional. We also paid for their comprehensive protection program which is CRAP! We submitted a claim for a problem we have with our table and the warranty company refuses to fix the problem. The salesman said the warranty company can be difficult to deal with if we ever needed to use the coverage and that we could shoot him an email and he will help us out. What he told us was covered, isn’t. It’s pretty much a scam. We have emailed him as directed and of course, he isn’t responding. This year, we have a new room to decorate and some old furniture to replace. Because of the way they are treating us, they have lost all that business. I spend my money elsewhere.

I recently moved to Spokane and needed living room and bedroom furniture right off the bat. So I went to Furniture Row since you can knock everything out at one place.
I had a super nice lady helping me. She wasn’t pushy or anything. She was encouraging me to lay on couches and see if they were nap-​worthy. I spent a long time in the store deciding and she was very helpful the whole time. Not to mention, the prices were perfect for me.
I have called the store a few times since my purchase and have gotten insanely friendly people on the phone each time. They’re really helpful and want to make sure you’re happy with their service.
I should be getting my furniture tomorrow and I’m really happy I went there.
