I love this place! Super friendly staff great drinks! Quiet great for studying sometimes they have musical or movie events. Open late until 11 it’s my second home!

This place has really gone down-​hill. Last year they had a wonderful buy 1 get 1 free «happy hour» deal that was the only reason I ever went there (the drinks are mediocre to say the least, overpriced, and the service is lousy and rude.)
I just came back from NYC and called up the store to make sure the happy hour deal was still going, they assured me it was. Upon arrival they told me (after my drinks were already made) that the deal was discontinued and they couldn’t do anything about it.
The 2 drinks I ordered came out to around 13 $, I was confused and told them that I called on the phone earlier and they treated me like I was lying, even going so far as to say that they never received a call. The girl who works there with bright red hair begrudgingly gave me a dollar off my order. Gee, thanks.
Also, let’s talk more about the service in general. The girl who took my order was extremely off-​putting, barely said a word to me, and stared at me like she had seen a ghost. When I ordered, the girl looked at me like a scared rabbit and was very confused and fumbling when making my drink, a simple item on the menu that required no specialty milks or anything extra. Someone else had to step in to make my drink. I think they need to put their employees through a little extra training before having them make anything.
On another occasion, I heard one of the girls being rude to an old woman who was ordering in the drive-​thru because she was making small talk. Then after the woman left, the employee started loudly making fun of the woman, in full hearing range of other customers, who looked just as uncomfortable as I.
This place is a joke, and the only good thing going for them (for some bewildering reason) they got rid of.

I come here to study a lot for three good reasons. One, the staff is amazing and very nice. They deliver drinks to your table. Two, the green tea latte is delicious! I have tried it at Starbucks and it does not even come close. Another bonus, it comes in a light version, aka the non-​fat milk so you do not feel so guilty if you want to go for another one. Lastly, the third reason, there is happy hour from 6−8pm every day. You can buy a drink and get another one for free. I do not know about you but I things cannot get any better.
