Wow! Very disappointed at our visit tonight. The gentleman taking our order was very moody and didn’t go out of his way to help us. The food was fine, nothing special. When my husband asked if they could toast his sandwich, he responded with «We don’t do that here». While we dined in, all we heard was all the staff standing around complaining about different things. We couldn’t sit at two of the tables because they were filthy. I think we will stick with delivery from now on.

My second Jimmy John’s location. Went drive-thru here too. Service was a bit slower but no complaints on that. Same prices and quality as my past experiences at the Jimmy John’s on Mission… all positive. Food was good and service was polite. Only thing about the location is the road that leads off of Division into their parking lot is quite a hump so beware if you have low bumpers on your car.

This was our first visit to this location. The staff was nice and the food was made quickly. The food quality was very good. The sandwich rolls were fresh as were all of the toppings. This location was very clean and employees were usually cleaning when it was slow. We also appreciated the fact that the music was not blaring loud like the mission location. There is plenty of seating indoors as well as several tables with umbrellas outside.
